It’s a bad sign when my friend tells me to avoid this chipotle due to its small portions. He was right. They give no meat so I accommodate with more veggies.
Reason this still gets 3 stars: I called the restaurant and told them. They said to come in, and they gave me an order of meat for each, and was offering some free drinks and chips, etc.
Good way to handle it, and the guy was chill (I think he said his name was Mario). Overall, just wish I didn’t have to drive there after ordering it for delivery.
My last two orders have had undercooked rice and the chicken is way fattier than normal…was so bad I had to through it out a few bites in…might have to find a new chipotle 🙁
This location is great—the food has never disappointed and the portion sizes are big. Never had any issues.
First time it was so salty I had stomach problems within minutes.
Next time it was for vets day and I asked the staff about the BOGO promotion and the girl was almost proud she didn’t speak English and was annoyed when I whipped out the Spanish to engage to get decent service.
Lastly, i did ask the server to add more rice and meat cause what was placed was not enough and i was okay to pay extra if they were to charge me more (which i did pay extra for meat) but then she gave an attitude and she started speaking and commenting on my request to the lady at the register by the name of Marcela. Funny thing with my B1 Spanish certificate level I understood their chit chat and because I was already fed up with the fact that the uncovered tortilla portion was in contact with the dirty surface, I just wanted to pay and leave. Plus I was tired and hungry. (Posting this late because one, I was sick and two, I needed to make sure I have the time to be able to write down everything without any rush and pressure)
Old review: Unfortunately the consistency at this location just isn’t there. Many times the fajita mix was inedible, mushy, doused in oil, and disgusting to serve to customers. I think a cook evaluation needs to be done. The food here doesn’t taste the same it does at other locations. This doesn’t seem to be an issue at any other Chipotle where ingredients seem fresh and seasoned properly.
