ANSWER TO THE OWNER: the chicken on the picture appears cooked on the outside, but it is NOT in the inside. It was my mistake “i guess” of not taking a picture of the chicken after the bite to show the CLEARLY PINK INSIDE. Just ask the person that gave me the refund, he also inspected the chicken and apologize for serving it undercooked. By the way, i did feel nauseated later that day. And I do NOT wish to contact you directly since im NOT planning to return to your place.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I dont understand how this place got a 4.8 stars. On my 1st visit i ordered a greek salad with chicken shawarma and on my 1st bite i felt the chicken very soft and squishy, but since i was hungry i got another bite and checked the piece left and sure enough it was NOT well cooked, it had some pink in the middle. So i went to the counter and the guy apologized and offer to give me another one, which i said no if you guys dont cook chicken all the way i could get sick, so i not gonna take the risk, please give me my money back. And he only refunded me the protein part, but the salad portion is really not worth the $11.50 that they charge without the protein because is just a few pieces of lettuce, few pieces of tomatoes and olives. It doesn’t fill up up AT ALL. Therefore, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! Check your food if u eat here. By the way, there is ONLY 1 BATHROOM AND IS OUTSIDE, and if is not available you have to wait outside in the cold!

Friendly staff and small seating area, probably 15 seats. My gyro was good, average flavor. Unfortunately, my wife’s greek salad was served with chicken that was not fully cooked. She returned the chicken but kept the salad. The greek salad by itself was disappointing, simple and more like a side salad.

Came by Skull Creek Greek after riding steamboat all day, and what a wonderful choice it was. The menu had a good variety, and upon talking to the gentleman at the counter, he recommended a few options. I went with the Hades that he recommended along with a side of fries, because I don’t think I’d find that as an option at home, and I’m a fan of spicy food. I started with the fries, have to save the best for last (Hades). The fries were great. Well cooked, well seasoned, and came with a tasty dipping sauce. The Hades was absolutely delicious, very flavorful and a perfect amount of heat. I’m thrilled that I took his recommendation, it really hit the spot. I’ll be a return customer next time I come back to Steamboat, and I’d recommend anyone who enjoys a good gyro to drop in and have a bite, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you!

The good is so good here! I had the Hermes Philly and my husband had the swarma. Both were incredible! We will definitely be back. Also the fresh lemonade and strawberry watermelon drink were great!

We were excited to go back to this place after loving it a few years ago, but were disappointed this go round. To go order for three orders of fries just had one order (to be fair I think we just paid for one). The chicken tasted strange and yet rather plain. Our order of five wraps to go did not have any of them labeled, so we had to take them apart before giving them to the person who ordered it. Finally they had different prices listed on their menu posted on their website, in person, and ordering online through toast tab.

10/10 this place is FANTASTIC!! I *highly* recommend the feisty falafel! The combo of flavors and textures is so creative and absolutely perfect! Everything was very fresh and also ready really fast. The people are also super nice!

Stepping into Skull Creek Greek was a delightful surprise! We ducked in to escape a sudden downpour and were so glad we did. We’ve been searching for an authentic Greek restaurant, and this is it! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, but the real star of the show was the food. We had the gyros, and I can honestly say they were the best I’ve ever had. The meat was perfectly seasoned and tender, and all the fresh toppings and tzatziki sauce were incredible. We can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu. Highly recommend!

We came back to eat here twice and will definitely stop by again when we’re in Steamboat! They have great gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options! I got the chicken shawarma plate the first time and the falafel plate the second time. They were both amazing!! I think my favorite might be the dolmas. I could eat a whole dozen of them!! The staff was incredibly friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job, which is so refreshing.
