My husband was driving to Alexander City from 2 hours away and needed to order breakfast for 10 for a meeting. We ordered through the app but needed to have it ready when he arrived so that he would be on time. Courtney and staff were so helpful and so nice!!! Had it ready on time, food was hot and was delivered to his car. Thank you for your help!!!

The poor girl standing out in the cold was very sweet. She hadn’t heard about the new bun advertised on tv last night. But she apologized and said she’d look into it.
The food was hideous at every level. The waffle fries, usually my reason to visit were grey, warm at best, and mostly bits scraped from the bottom. The grilled chicken sandwich was warm at best, certainly not the 140degrees that is legal. The bread crumbled and broke up making it impossible to lift the sandwich at all. All in all a disgrace. Not the standard that I’ve been used to experiencing at CF. I won’t be going back to this CF any other.

This review is based on the food trailer in Eclectic, AL. Being new to the area I was not aware that every 2nd Monday of the month a food trailer was brought in to Eclectic. What a great surprise seeing them today and having been able to make a purchase of our favorites. I really wish you would open a location here!! You’d definitely get the business.

I am in the Alexander City area quite often visiting family. We don’t have a CFA close to home so my daughter looks forward to their nuggets. The food has always been top notch! The service is really good in every aspect with the exception of the time. They don’t seem to have the speed that I’ve come to appreciate from other locations. I would rather wait a few extra minutes, my order be correct AND delivered cheerfully than deal with someone who was rude and not friendly.

First off, guys this place is amazing. Secondly, I walked in yesterday during my lunch at work to get all my coworkers food, and I saw a sign that said, “be the reason someone smiles today”

We always stop thru CFA when we are traveling- this store did not meet CFA expectations. Condiments we ordered were not provided, they also failed to give me a straw when ordering a $5 frosted lemonade- how the in the world do y’all expect me to drink a FROSTED drink with no straw and a 5 hour drive ahead of me? ♀️ chicken was bland- thankful we live near a CFA that provides excellent service and the taste of the food never seems to fail
