This took about 30 minutes for fast food lol! I can’t believe we waited. And the guy on the speaker said “aiggghhtttt.” Please do better yall. My goodness. The line was insane & the guys are just smiling at the drive through with no worries. They’d take 10 minutes in between cars to take an order.

I love coming to eat here especially when the manager Amanda is working. You can tell she cares about her job, her employees and most of all her customers. She makes sure all the food is prepared fresh and accurate! I always get a whopper with no bun and lots of pickles! The tables and restaurant are always clean and stocked near the soda machine. I love coming here to eat and so does my family.

2/21/26 I went thru the drive thru and made a simple order for 2 people. When I order the bacon king, I ordered only cheese bacon and ketchup.. the lady speaking thru the drive thru told me “so order as it is” like no??? I just told you what I wanted. Anyway, fast forward and I get to the window where they are arguing inside and I can hear it from my car. On top of that, they almost forgot my drink. Did I mention, I waited a little bit… like what is this establishment doing? First time eating here in a while and probably the last for a little while. I’ll let you guys rotate employees again LOL

I made a delivery order and when my food was delivered everything was cold to the touch. Sat there for over 45 mins. I called the store and spoke with the manager on duty the night of Sunday November 16th And told her. She said well it’s not my fault it was cold. I asked her why she would let a bag of food sit on the counter for 45 mins and then serve it to a customer. She should have made fresh food. She then started cursing at me and hung the phone up on me. I go to this burger king all the time but this experience has stopped that. I will never step foot back in this establishment and I will be letting everyone I meet know about this. This food was for my children and to be treated this way is unacceptable. I have worked in customer service my whole adult life and the customer is always right. Your customer comes first or you would not have a business. This woman did nothing to try and make this right. I hope the owners or the GM can find someone better to help their customers.

I went here today about 1-2 pm and I went to drive thru the wait was long over 20 minutes. I order 5 small items 2 doubles and 3 strawberry pie. I gave these ratings because of the long wait time and the pie tasted like onions. I am very sure they are keeping the pie by the onions and which and anyone that worked in restaurant fast food knows. Never put pies by things that they can take in the smell of. Especially onions. I hope someone sees this and correct their errors..

Great food. Great Job today! They were courteous and kind quick and on point. Lord knows how the lines can be at lunchtime but today was great. Ordered a royal crispy chicken sandwich combo and got it large. The chicken was burnt like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile. Not a good taste. Will choose somewhere else next time.

I’m just not a fan of fast food. However in today’s world…. Sometimes it’s a must. Well as much as I hate the city of York and everything and everyone in it..,. I got to give this BK a little props. The chick working drive thru was nice and my food was surprisingly fresh and fast. So I’d eat here again if I had to.
