Twice now we’ve placed pickup orders through the app, and twice our meals were missing the steak — first from a bowl, then from a burrito. It’s frustrating to get all the way home and realize key items weren’t included. Please double-check your order before leaving this location, not just for sides or add-ons, but for the actual protein as well.
We’ve also noticed this happening specifically on mobile pickup orders, which makes us wonder if those orders are being handled with less care. I don’t tip on app orders where there is no service interaction — I place the order myself, pay in the app, and drive to the restaurant to pick it up. There shouldn’t be any difference in accuracy based on that. It would be great to see more consistency and attention to detail for all to-go orders.

Before I eat…I wanted to take the time to thank you all for your hard work tonight. The manager is always there keeping it running and running smooth. Some managers just sit back and watch the show but this manager RUNS the show. They were VERY BUSY because of some school fundraisers happening so it took a little longer than usual but we were taken care of and I appreciate you all! Thank you very much for the food! We will always be back to this location :). To the rest of the world…be patient…be kind…be appreciative…to anyone and everyone that is making your food!

I hate to leave this kind of review, but it has become a very frequent and reoccurring issue at this location. I have given this location several times to get my order correct but it always fails. Every time I go in I get the same thing, every single time I am always skimped on the portioning on everything and yet everyone else in front of me ordering gets proper portioned scoops on everything. It just doesn’t make sense to me as to why this happens to me but in my opinion it’s not worth the price that I pay. I hope this issue gets resolved for me and everyone that it happens to but I’m to the point where I’d rather drive out of my way to get food from another location then pay for something that’s not worth the price.

Very bad take out experience – CHECK YOUR ORDER IN STORE BEFORE TAKING IT HOME! My son picked up our order, but did not check it first (though honestly there should be no need).
My order was missing guac, for which they charge extra, had cheese, which I did not order, had the barest whisper of the veggies I did order, and the meat was sparse, gristly, and had some hard chunks in it – most likely pieces of bone.
When I tried to call to see what could be done about this, I could not speak to a person and was forced to go to the website and use an AI chatbot to try and resolve the issue. All they did was give me a coupon for guac, which is not restitution, as I now must spend more money there just to get what I already paid for, and I have to do it in a short amount of time before the coupon expires. The entire experience was insulting.
I may be reading into this, but they ask you to tip when you are placing the order, and being that we were in no way being served, I did not tip. Could this have influenced the folks making my food? I can’t say for sure, but pre-tipping like this sure leaves the door wide open for these suspicions.

Ordered two bowls and one was perfect, but the other had many faults. I paid extra for the new garlic guajillo steak and received chicken, which I do not eat poultry so this was a huge issue. You can tell the difference in the meat in photos; each bowl was to have the garlic guajillo steak. I also had no rice and the wrong style of beans. Disappointing….. I guess I need to order in person and make sure I watch like a hawk.

Food was good, staff was friendly, but portions were very small compared to the other Chipotles we have eaten at. Will definitely go to a different one next time.

One of my favorite restaurants; fantastic value, and I never leave hungry. As of this writing, chicken Al Pastor is back! I hope they consider permanently adding it to their menu. This restaurant has only avoided a perfect score because of the industrial, echoey dining area that only has hard, cold surfaces to sit and eat on. While aesthetically pleasing, I suspect intentional use of hostile architecture to make sure people don’t stay too long to hang out, thereby leaving more room for additional customers. Cleanliness of the dining area is usually pretty good, but there seems to always be that one orphaned shred of cheese on one of the tables every time I go.

The food was good. The service was good although the line was very long and it took forever to get through the line, but all in all it was worth the wait. I do think they should hire more help. Maybe have one more person on the line To help move things along faster.

I live 30 mins ago As I should’ve checked my order it was wrong yes I called ,& There are fixing it ..ivonly asked for pinto beans in the carnitinas & thry put them in my grandson chicken, h Steak he don’t eat beans I had to pick them out … I jdidmt pay attention after I told him .I gave a 3 on service as the cashier was nice
