It’s a decent restaurant, with interesting pastas and flavorful, tender steak. The appetizers, however, were underwhelming and too simple. We also ordered the artisanal breads and the cheese with salami plate. The main issue is the pricing, which is above what the food warrants.

Our first visit to Trabucco was during the Magical Dining 2025 season. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Hilton Orlando hotel.
I had expected a more lively atmosphere, but in reality, it felt like a “just nice-looking” restaurant — similar to many others you can find around town.
Overall, I’d rate the food a 7/10. Most dishes were just okay, though the lobster pasta was a standout and deserves a 9/10. I had expected a bit more from the rest of the menu.

My first time here, I loved it so much. Beef carpaccio was so delicious, risotto and scallops amazing, great steak and dessert. The best of everything was Jacki’s service, very polite, attentive, knowledgable and friendly.

The service is horrible and does not match the food quality. People were getting up to go to the center lobby bar for refills on drinks, including us. The food portions are very small for an Italian restaurant and we had to order more main dishes, 2 each. That’s the only complaint on food but it was good. Unfortunately, not sure if we will ever return.

Very underwhelming experience.. visiting here and staying at the hotel, and from the group of young girls, also staying at the hotel for some dance competition, packed by the front of the restaurant, to the flavor and quality of food, I wouldn’t dine here again, personally. The service was nice but the chicken dish was very dry, the pasta dish was very bland, the gnocchi was burnt, and small portions for the price.

Not your typical hotel restaurant- a real gem! This was our second time dining at Trabucco and we had wonderful experiences with both visits. Each course was delicious and expertly prepared and the service was friendly and attentive. We started with the fried artichokes (delicately seasoned and fried) and the grilled octopus ( the caponata was unique tangy and sweet and the octopus was perfectly prepared- tender with a delicately crisp skin). My wife enjoyed the pistachio papparadelle with shrimp and I had the branzino scampi – both delicious! And definitely try the blood orange sorbet. Our server Omar was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable and enhanced our overall experience. Great place!

This was probably one of the top 10 dining experiences I have ever had. The food AND service was amazing. We will definitely be back. David was our server and his service was top notch. Definitely request him if he is working.

We ended up making a reservation for 10 people later in our trip and everyone thought it was an exceptional dining experience. We reserved the wine room which seated 10 people. It was truly excellent. And David was great as usual.

10/10 experience!! My server David was genuinely phenomenal, wish I could leave him a review alone! The food was all delicious; the bread was focaccia, sourdough, and ciabatta mix all so good, I would go back for the beef carpaccio alone and the paccheri all vodka was like a sausage vodka sauce deconstructed lasagna. Truly outstanding! Thank you David for such an awesome night!

We dined here tonight for an 8:00 PM reservation and unfortunately the experience was disappointing from the very beginning. Upon arrival, we were told they were “super behind” and unsure when we would be seated. When I asked for an estimated wait time, the response was simply “not sure,” which felt unprofessional — especially for a restaurant charging $125 per person.
We were seated about 40 minutes past our reservation time and placed at a table in the very front of the restaurant, which was extremely loud. While the food itself was fine, the service was chaotic and inattentive. It was nearly impossible to get our server’s attention for basics like bread, salt and pepper, or even drink refills. My drink was forgotten entirely, and when I followed up, I was told the strawberry mix had “disappeared,” which honestly felt like a poor excuse rather than accountability.
At that point, I asked for the check without even receiving the dessert that was included in my prix-fixe meal. Gratuity was automatically included, though the service unfortunately did not reflect that level of expectation.
As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry for years, I fully understand how busy nights can be — but this felt like pure chaos. There were tables around us that hadn’t even been greeted after 30+ minutes, which was uncomfortable to witness.
Overall, the food was acceptable, but the service fell far below what should be expected at this price point. I will not be returning.

This location is located very close to the Orange County convention center. They serve great food and wine onsite. They also have private dinning room. In terms of food, they are great. I have been to a few restaurants in Orlando. Sometimes it makes you giggle when you see the charge of a 750 ml San Pellegrino for 10 dollars US
