Delicious country fried steak
Tastes like homemade potatoes mmm good, green beans made with bacon and onion . Hubby had a double cheeseburger and inhaled that puppy. Great service and friendly waitress delicious strawberry cheesecake

This is the perfect little hole in the wall family diner experience.
Love their chicken tenders and onion rings.
Fish amd burgers are also quite food as is breakfast.
Great glass of fresh brewed tea.
I would say the salad is a pass as I do not care for Marzetti dressings and the salad is a blend with carrots which I do not like.

This was our first time at the Country Diner. The atmosphere was warm and had a home town feel. A little outdated but somehow adds to the charm. Many repeat customers that are known by name by the staff. Breakfast all day is a plus for me and my eggs were perfect and the ham tasted a bit like liver and potatoes were okay. Our steak was tough though. Portions were decent. We tried the homemade pies that had just arrived an hour prior. The reesee peanut butter pie was very decadent and interestingly enough, the apple pie did not have a top crust. Service was excellent.

Onion rings superb hamburger was good. Service was lacking. Waiter stood at the table and I asked do you want drink orders he said that was the idea. I eat there again never had onion rings that perfect before.

Great diner.
I had the Philly cheese steak with fries, which was delicious but very light on the steak. My husband had the double bacon cheese burger with fries, both were great and the fries were super fresh and hot. The next day we came back, I had the liver and onions with greenbeans, the greenbeans were bland. My husband had breakfast which came with eggs, bacon, toast, hash-browns and French toast, both were delicious! Portions were average.
We had the same server both times and she was amazing, very friendly and attentive.
The environment was very warm and welcoming.
Will definitely visit again.

It’s a little dated, but it’s a little roadside diner. To me that kind of adds to the charm. The staff was super sweet, friendly, and attentive. Prices were cheap. We had breakfast, and the food was cooked perfectly. We’ve had little luck finding a place that can actually cook eggs and bacon exactly how you want them, no matter how fancy or expensive. Super impressed!!!

Our breakfasts were outstanding — especially after a long drive. Our waiter, Michael, was one of the best we’ve had west of the Mississippi! Make a point to come on in, take your time, and spend your breakfast dollar at a local, homemade, noncorporate meal! Enjoy.

Thing from out of town I googled closest breakfast place I get here. It’s cute on the outside but when you walk in the floor is so gross. It’s got that thin carpet and just stains everywhere and it was like 80° in there they had like 10 fans going because they said the AC went out. I get my scrambled eggs and sausage and a sausage and eggs didn’t have any flavor whatsoever. The people were nice though I don’t know how they stay open.

Don’t let the roughness around the edges scare you off. This is a classic road side diner. Food is awesome. Staff is too! My wife said “that was the best Philly I ever had”! And she grew up on PA!

Amazing place! Home cooking, super affordable prices for some drool worthy food! Seriously a place you should not miss if you in the area! Seriously proof is in the pictures… just look at the beauty and artistic assembly of these fill-you-up-then-and-some options they have available! Speaks for itself on that. And the sweet and attentive manner staff has was above and beyond expectations! They made certain we had all we needed or wanted at all times! We ordered drinks and before we had even finished drink orders the coffees were already on the table with others on the way. Of course when we were there they were not crowded so that will make an impact on time frames but regardless if there’s a crowd or not, it is well worth the time to swing in!
