Loved the food here! I recommend the Kathmandu curry especially, we got it with fish and it was perfectly cooked. The Thali set was also very nice and gave variety. Both the butter and garlic naan were perfectly chewy and delicious. We got medium level spicy, but I would definitely go higher if you enjoy spice!

I visited Kathmandu Curry and Bar in Houston with my family and had an excellent dining experience. We ordered the goat thali, momos, and thukpa, all of which were rich in flavor and authentically prepared. I ate the thali in the traditional Nepali and Indian manner—by hand—as I truly value respecting cultural dining practices.
During the meal, Aryan kindly spoke with us and shared his happiness at seeing me enjoy the thali in a traditional way. I explained that eating thali by hand is something I genuinely enjoy and appreciate. His warm, respectful, and friendly manner made the experience even more memorable.
Exceptional food, welcoming service, and a pleasant atmosphere. I will certainly return and highly recommend this place.

Just visited this amazing Nepali restaurant and had a great experience! We ordered Chicken Thali set and Chicken Jhol Momo , both dishes were full of authentic flavors. The service was excellent, and the ambience was warm and welcoming. If you’re in Houston and looking to try authentic Nepali food, this place is a must-visit! I’m from Dallas, and trying Nepali cuisine here with such satisfaction made the experience even more special. Highly recommend!

I went there during the lunch time. As this was my first time there, with server’s suggestion, I ordered Jhol Momo (Mutton), Chicken Chowmin, and Mint Lemonade.
Out of these orders, I relatively liked Jhol Momo, but the Mint Lemonade wasn’t refreshing, probably haven’t used fresh mint. It was hard to find Chicken in Chowmin, didn’t like the Chowmin texture.
Usually I like Nepalise food, but surely it disappointed me. Not planning to visit there again.

I came here with my team for a lunch meeting and everything was great. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala was delicious and the chicken was tender. I should have made my sauce spicier. One of my teammates ordered Vinda Loo (with lamb). Her sauce was perfect!

This was my first time trying Nepali food, and Kathmandu Curry did not disappoint. I ordered the goat thali and half chicken momo, and everything was absolutely delicious—full of flavor and very satisfying. Since it was my first time, I asked our server Aryan about the dishes, and he explained everything clearly and patiently, which really helped me enjoy the meal even more. Great food, great service, and a very welcoming experience. I’ll definitely be back!”
