The chicken wings are actually a decent size compared to other American Deli establishments that I have frequented. Received them fried golden brown and to perfection. I asked for lemon pepper dry seasoning. A little strong on the lemon pepper to be honest but the wings were enjoyable and pretty good. Next time I will ask for light lemon pepper. I must reiterate, most American Delis have small wings. Not this one. This size was very appreciated. The cashier was not warm and fuzzy but hey, won’t count that against them.

I ordered a tenderloin combo. The fries were hard, & the tenderloin tasted like fish. When I received it. It looked fish @ 1st when I received my order. So I tasted it to make sure. My palette is very sensitive to taste. I asked the young lady who assisted me if this was fish b/c it tasted like fish. She said, “No, I had tenders earlier that day.
I am 99.99% sure they cooked those tenderloin in fish oil b/c it tasted that way + the grade of the chicken has changed as well. It tasted like fish & looked like fish until tore it apart to check it. After experiencing this, I will NEVER go back to this location.
This why society is getting sick b/c the fast food industry is hurting the consumers who are supporting their business. I can cook better than the crap I received. How do you hurt the hand that is feeding you? Without the consumers or the clientel American Deli & other restaurants will not exist. QUIT BEING CHEAP WITH FOOD GRADE PRODUCTS. NO ONE WANTS IMITATION FOOD. WE WANT FRESH FOOD.
Again, I will NEVER GO BACK to this location or probably will support any other American Deli. VERY DISAPPOINTED &I AM STILL HUNGRY FOR REAL FOOD.

I ordered the house rice with no beef and a 5pc wing. I expected for the price that my entire container would have rice in it except for the section for my wings (all the others I go to do it that way). This one just put the rice in the biggest section. The rice was also really hard like it wasnt cooked long enough or cooked too long. I ordered boneless wings and they gave me traditional wings and I didn’t have time to wait for them to be corrected. The wings were fried really hard leaving what little meat there was dry and hard to chew. The sweet chili sauce was good and I wish I could have been able to really enjoy it.

Came in to pick up a order for DoorDash. And lo and behold I ran into the same kind of service as the one I went to on Salem road as soon as I walk in. Lady is on her phone, ignoring me like she gets paid to talk on the phone. Not the company phone her personal cell phone wow. You will never be more than what you are. And I noticed the owner only response to positive reviews. The problem is if you don’t do something about your employees, you’re gonna lose your business, including your job. And neither soap dispenser was working as well so imagine fixing food and not washing hands WOW!!!!

I haven’t been to this location in years. Possibly 2017. Today I decided to try them again. It was absolutely good. I stopped eating here because the cook was nasty. Every time I would order wings I saw him use a snoot tissue . He was nasty and I threw them out my last visit. I was told they been fired him. I will most definitely return. Good service, food and a spectacular attitude from the cashier and staff. Thank you.

The wings are horrible. The wings were overcooked and they would not replace the order. It’s more gristle than meat on the wing. Also I had to cook my fries in my air fryer when I got home. Unacceptable especially if we been coming to this location for years.

I came in and ordered some chicken wigs 1st let me just start by saying nobody there wanted to help me the staff was so bad and the only one who help me is Faith, then it took at least 20 minutes for them to make my food then they made it wrong so I had to ask for them to make it again, I had to wait 10 more minutes just for them to cook the food, then when I got the food it was cold and nasty and in top of all of that I found a piece of hair in my food, NOT ONLY do they suck as a fast food service they OVER WORK their works and just suck as a place in general so I recommend you to never and I mean never work/go/eat at this place and something should be done about it. (PS Thank you so much faith)
