Do not order from this Subway!
I placed an order on Uber Eats for the thanksgiving turkey sandwich which included the stuffing & sliced turkey. I received it with tuna on it instead. My other sandwich was supposed to be a tuna sandwich with provolone cheese yet I got sliced turkey with shredded yellow cheese on it. I ordered chips in my order & did not receive those at all.
My order did not include a receipt attached or a safety seal. The entire order was wrong & when I try to call them it goes straight to voicemail.
It’s all written out in my order & they messed it beyond what I thought was possible. Almost like it’s a joke. I’ll be reporting the fact you can not call in & speak to someone to corporate also.

Typical subway sandwich restaurant. Always good sandwiches that are fast and made to order.

Employees are friendly and personable. Eating area was clean and empty when we went.

Parking can be troublesome as it is attached to a gas station but there is additional parking on the side of restaurant.

Tomatoes looked like they were cut two days ago. Spinach is wilted and gross. Black olives looked disgusting, asked if they had any that were fresher, they said no. Person working behind the counter speaks zero English, charged each item separately rather than as a combo. Will never go back to this subway.

Hello to anyone reading this review. I’m writing this review to tell you to ignore the negative comments you see. All those comments were from awhile ago. Now I’m not sure what happened 6-8 months ago but I can tell you about right now. We have good management. We clean every night (as it should be). The food is awesome. We serve you quick and don’t leave you waiting for a LONG time. This is the best job I’ve had die to better management, better service, better food AND the employees love to assist you when ever there is a problem, the employees actually care about the customers. I just thought I should put up a new review since there hasn’t been one in awhile. Thanks for reading, hope this helps!!

DONT DO IT! The toaster was broken… no big deal, it happens. But my meatballs on my sub were cooler than the outside temperature. I took 2 bites and was done. My husband and moms veggies were warm and wilted. I’m guessing the steam table is broken and no one is bothering to put ice under the veggies that should be kept cold. Its rare that I have given a bad review, but this is an actual health Hazzard. We didn’t ask for a refund or go back in because we were delivering live cargo and had a schedule to keep. None of us finished our food because my mother works in the medical field and I have a degree in medical Laboratory science… and it only took 2 bites to realize we were risking getting sick. If you know how to reach the local health inspector for this area… I would STRONGLY encourage it.

The guy that got my order wasnt putting the veggies or the sauce that i was asking and then he just squesh the sauce bottle fast and on my sandwich just droped like 4 drops and that was it and he gets mad when u tell him to put more cause he didnt put anything

Hardly put anything on the sandwiches I don’t even come here for myself , they do however slather on about 40z of mayo or condiments even if you say just one line of this….. You say pickles it’s 2-3. ..

This is the same senario at all 3 Katy subways sandwiches not worth 5$. Let alone 8.50 and up. If you go stick with a meatball sub and provolone with spinach.
