I couldn’t love this Starbucks more! The coffee & food are always perfect, the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming and the staff are the most kind, thoughtful and caring people around. Whenever I travel, I truly miss this Starbucks. I have seen some negative or less than stellar reviews on here, and I have noticed they always coincide with the new seasonal menu change. If waiting 15 minutes for your coffee is too much to handle, maybe set your expectations accordingly. The fall and winter seasonal menu changes cause a massive uptick in orders. Yours included. I know how hard this staff works to please their customers. For people to write less than exemplary reviews is more a reflection on themselves than of the staff at this location. If you made it this far into the review, please know that this Starbucks will treat you with care and make sure your orders are to your satisfaction. Just remember to be kind in return.

Very terrible experience! I had an order for a door dasher, as I approached the mobile/online order line I wasn’t even acknowledged nor greeted! As a few customers came in behind me they were greeted, and ask what they needed. As a young black woman I felt very uncomfortable, and judged. I did ask the lady at the counter if there is a site I can leave a review on then she proceed to tell me and greet me. That is very unsatisfying and I will never return to this store!

The location is a prime area, always booming and being right on the strip near a great location. Drinks and food have never failed, always got my order right. The service, on the other hand, is where it lacks. The baristas are great, friendly and take extra care of your order…but where this location lacks is the speed of receiving your order and parking availability. I have put orders in on the app and the wait time reported is inaccurate, usually waiting an extra 10-15min for my order to actually be done. If I place it 20-30min ahead of time, I can get my order right as I walk in but when in a rush…I am waiting still. The parking is also rough. The spots in the front and side are slim, making a quick stop turn into a walk from 3-4 businesses down.
Overall, giving this location a 3 because of the service being slower and parking options are slim when you’re on the go.

Not really sure why but they use paper bags to put drinks in for delivery and that makes it very hard for doordashers and doesnt keep the orders safe at all.
Some of the people that come in here seem kind of stuck up and judemental towards delivery drivers as well. Seems like everytime I go in here there’s a weird complex going on and other delivery drivers I know have felt the same . I wanted to have a safe place to study while in nursing school but I probably won’t be picking this location. Kind of strange on the baristas end because we both are in food service.

This location of Starbucks isn’t as busy during the week as the one by UD. It’s very nice, and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Coffee is always hot and tasty. The only issue is parking, it can be limited.

Used to be top notch but they are extremely slow now. Ordered on the mobile app 15 min before arrival and waited another 20 in store. Maybe turn off door dash and focus on customers in store. Workers are still very friendly but the service needs to improve.

I placed my order online and still had to wait an additional 20 minutes once I arrived. When I finally got my drink, it was wrong. I asked for it to be remade, but the barista told me I ordered it incorrectly and refused to fix it—even though I’ve ordered the exact same drink at this location before without any issues. The drink was not drinkable, so I had to throw it away. It ended up being a complete waste of time and money. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this location.
