Placed my ordet online. When I got there the drive-thru was busy. There was a person by the front taking orders do I gave my name and moved forward. Still had a wait a bit-they make the food as orde red. Got to the window, received my order and moved along.
Can got busy late at night and on weekends. Sometimes it better to walk-in to get your order, especially during the daytime.

Where is Taco Bell ever? Do not go to service is shoring garbage. They messed up my order at the drive-through the first time and by the time I get to the window. My order is half wrong but I let most of it slide then I get home and all my food is not even close to how I wanted it. I ordered it all sub before potato because I do not eat meat. Instead, they put steak and everything. I literally could not eat a single. item and I just paid 30 freaking dollars. The food looks disgusting and nobody should be even digesting. Yes, forget about looking at it. This is sad and I’m sorry to say, but Taco Bell is canceled.

Quality has drastically decreased over the last two years. Today I got a beef burrito and halfway through I realized it had onions, tomatoes, and guacamole added when it’s not part of the original item. I’m allergic to avocados and my throat started closing up. If I hadn’t have bitten into the onion I probably wouldn’t have noticed and needed to actually go to the hospital.
Other than this, there’s almost always something minor wrong with the order. Missing item, tomatoes added, sour cream missing, etc. It didnt use to be this way for the Mililani store

One of the few fast food chains I come to, but not quite as often. It’s good for when we’re in the mood for just to quickly grab a bite to eat when we can’t make up our minds of where else to go. For me. My usual favorites from Taco bell, is the quessadilla, doritos tacos, and the nacho fries (when they have it available)

Literally everytime I come here, the order is wrong. They always have someone out to take your order, but they stop you to order instead telling you to pull up and then taking the order of the second person. The space is limited, so reducing it seems silly to me. I understand orders can be wrong, but when I pay extra for certain things and don’t get them, it really sucks. This is the worst location and unfortunately the closest one to my house!

The management & staff are friendly, courteous & hardworking. They maintain a clean & welcoming environment. The drive-through is usually busy. The food portions are generous. Ample parking available, as Taco Bell is @ the Town Center of Mililani, next to Chili’s.

The Mililani taco bell is very good. It is easy to order on line and then head to the drive through or pickup inside if you choose in advance. Sometimes the drive through is very busy and it takes awhile to pick up.your food. We gave had one order error in 10 visits. We’ll be vack.

The Taco Bell in Mililani is hands down one of the best. They actually fill your food properly — the burritos are packed with meat, beans, and veggies like they’re supposed to be. Big shoutout to the crew there for doing it right. On the flip side, the Taco Bell on Beretania (across from Safeway) is the total opposite. Every time I’ve gone there, my burritos come out flat and sad — barely anything inside except beans. Honestly feels like they don’t even care. Mililani’s location definitely deserves more credit!!!

Just went thru drive thru aside from the whacked out old lady that shouldn’t be driving. I ordered 2 beef chalupa no veggies, crunchwrap supreme 2 dragon freezes. Please tell me why my beef chalupas have no beef in it. It only has cheese and sourcreme like I know it’s fast food but omg the best part is missing! No beef! You never got my order wrong, until today Jun 21st 2025 10:56am. So sad man what’s the point of eating just cheese and sourcream. What a waste of $26.05. Oh look my crunchwrap got no MEAT EITHER!! BRUH CHECK YOUR FOOD! YOU LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER!
