Since they’ve opened, I’ve been coming here frequently during my lunch. I always get the bowl and I feel it’s portioned well and I always feel full after!
What I get:
Bowl with cilantro rice, black beans, grilled chicken (regular), lettuce, cheese, sour cream, corn, cilantro, avocado salsa. Carrots and lime on the side.
Tip: you can ask for a side of chips with the lunch bowl for no additional charge.

Food: It was pretty decent, nothing special really and some of the items seemed like they have sat out too long.
Service: The older Latino woman who works here is great! Very friendly and provides sufficient portions of food.
**However, the the Latino man in his 40’s was very rude and short with us. It was our second time ordering breakfast burritos at this location and he gave us nearly half of the portions that were received the first time. I asked about this and requested it to be fixed, and when doing so he only said these are our portions in a very uncaring way. I later saw him treating a Latino customer much better than he treated us and likely gave them larger portions. Being that I’m a white male in California it wouldn’t be my first time experiencing racism. I just didn’t expect it to happen over something so insignificant like black beans.
We will NOT be going back and I WILL be advising anyone else not to attend.
Atmosphere: The tables were dirty and we had to self wipe ours. The service was awful. Napkins aren’t even self serve. Absolutely ridiculous place.

I recently visited Cilantro Fresh Mexican Grill. The food itself was decent, but the service was absolutely terrible. I ordered a breakfast burrito without meat, substituting beans and extra potatoes. When my husband asked if we could get additional potatoes, the employee responded rudely, saying, “That’s how we give food.” Seriously? Extra potatoes? Being that cheap with a customer is unacceptable.
I would not recommend this place and would warn others to be cautious. Customer service matters, and this experience was incredibly disappointing. If I could, I would give it zero stars.
