I don’t typically write reviews, but I’ve been here numerous times and have noticed a trend. They are INCREDIBLY SLOW. The quality of food and service is average and comparable to any other McDonald’s, but expect to be there for a long time. On average I spend at least 15 minutes to go through the drive through, but I’ve also experienced a couple times where I’ve been there 30 minutes before even taking my order, other times I see the line and give up before trying because I know they will be slow. I have never experienced another McDonalds that takes as long. Again, the professionalism is fine, so I’m assuming they are short staffed, just use this review as a heads up to not come here if you need actual FAST food.

I visited the McDonald’s at 175 Mansfield Ave, Norton, MA 02766 on [insert date] to pick up a mobile order at the counter. Despite the posted dining room hours stating they are open until 11:00 PM, I found the doors locked at approximately 10:30 PM.
There were three employees near the entrance who informed me that I needed to go through the drive-thru instead. The drive-thru already had a long line, which defeated the purpose of ordering ahead for pickup.
If the dining room is not going to remain open until the time posted, the signage should be updated accordingly. Locking the doors early is misleading and reflects poorly on the location’s service standards.
I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience at this location.

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Placed my order and 20 minutes later I was still standing there, another women with 2 small kids told me she had been there longer than me, I just wanted to try the Grinch meal. Well McDonald’s you got my money and my order, it’s a shame I didn’t get the food. Yup I walked out, asked to speak to manager and was told she was very busy. Do better McDonald’s.

worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to. i’m not huge on writing bad reviews but this place will have you standing waiting 15 minutes+ at the counter waiting to order before a staff will even acknowledge you to take your order. even if you’re the ONLY person there. food is typically just as unpleasant and cold or clearly reheated never fresh. drive through also takes much longer than average drive through waits. you’re better off driving to a different location, getting food elsewhere overall or microwaving a meal at home, all will be faster and better quality than this location.

I made a complaint online, received a generic response that area management would reach out. They did informing me that Monopoly ended. Like what?? That wasn’t my complaint. Useless.

I was there for about an hour from when I got in line to when I got my food. One pic is the advertised burger that I ordered, the other 3 pictures show how my burger was given to me after all that time (I drove home and found out 10 minutes later that this was the case). No discount, coupon, or anything but “sorry for the wait” was offered.
