We ordered a Brooklyn pie. My son picked up the pie and brought it home and when we opened up the box there was a large rectangle Sicilian pie with no basil on top and very little cheese. Way too much tomato sauce. $25 + a $2.50 tip. It was edible. The crust was good tasting. A Brooklyn-style pie is characterized by a thin, airy, and crispy crust that is sturdy enough to hold generous toppings, often with a more balanced ratio of crust, sauce, and cheese compared to a standard, floppy New York slice.

The Grandma pizza is incredible — thin, crispy, and bursting with flavor — and their vodka sauce is hands-down the best I’ve ever had! Every bite of pasta and pizza is perfection, and the friendly, welcoming staff make it feel like home. Can’t wait to come back!

I will start by saying the pizza was great. I do not have one complaint. But even better than the pizza was the service. The two men working the front (sorry I didn’t get names) were so helpful, friendly and just overall made the environment a warm place. We live in Woodbridge, but will definitely be coming back here!! Would recommend 10/10 times!!

Surprised!! I didn’t think flemington needed another pizza place or Italian restaurant but this one really is the best pie in town. I hope they continue to gain popularity and maybe have a larger spot someday. One thing I would like to see on the menu is the ability to order a small salad instead of having to order a full sized dinner salad or Caesar.

Had to try after reading a great review on FB and that the owner was from Brooklyn. it did not disappoint! The plain pizza was excellent with it’s fresh homemade tasting sauce, not too salty or acidic, had the right amount of mozzarella and it’s light crispy crust that did not flop, made it just right! Grandma pie and rigatoni with vodka sauce was very good! No ordinary Italian bread, either! Servers were attentive and friendly and place was clean and modern looking. My new favorite pizza!

Just stopped in on a whim and it turned out to be our new favorite spot. This pizza is better than the best i’ve had in NYC and is phenomenal. The options are endless and their buffalo chicken garlic knot is a must eat. It’s a beautiful shop and the owner is so kind and awesome. Brooklyn pizza has arrived in Flemington and it’s 5 stars all around. We can’t wait to try everything !

Had several different pizzas, gnocchi, and rice balls as part of a large group meal. Each was as excellent as the next. The owners and staff were awesome too in a nicely decorated pizza bistro. Highly recommend!

I give this pizza a 9.5 / 10. It was SO delicious. I’ve had my share of great pizza (live in nyc/all over Nj) & I was pleasantly surprised. We got the Brooklyn pizza and wow. Also had the Thai chili wings which were yummy too. Will definitely be ordering again!

Excellent pizza! Ordered delivery for the first time and we will definitely be repeat customers. Tried the buffalo chicken pizza and broccoli rabe- both were fresh and delicious (you can tell they use high quality ingredients). Thrilled to have a new favorite pizza spot in the area, highly recommend!
