I went here for dinner with my sister and niece and it’s was good. The food was okay, I got the Cozumel combo which is 3 ribs and either chicken or steak fajitas. My sister ordered the enchiladas combo; one steak, one chicken and one cheese. Usually it comes with sauce red or green, but it didn’t just cheese on top and the meat was dry. The server was good in the beginning, however when it was time for the check she added a 18% gratuity for a party of two and on the check it said party of 4. I walked over to the server counter and asked her why is the automatic gratuity added on a party of 2 and a 3 year old and if this is normal here. Another male server answered because she didn’t understand my question and called him over, he said I can take it off. I asked him again do they normally add this for parties of 2 and he said no. It’s clear she was pre-judging and assuming she wouldn’t get tipped because we are black and slipped in the gratuity. This was my first time at this restaurant and if the server had not have been sneaky I would have come back, but I cannot tolerate this blatant racism. This is the second Hispanic restaurant to do this to me and my family. I know gratuity is added to large parties, but not for a party of 2 or 3. Her actions ruined my whole experience. They will NEVER get my business again and I say to any other black person going, be mindful of how they treat us. We do NOT need to support this type of establishment!

I use to be a server so I understand servers make no hourly and rely solely on tips. Despite her sneakiness, I still tipped her however, I will never come back. That action forfeits any money earned for service given, but the server in me could not just dine and not tip for the service.

This is 2025 and racism is still prevalent, we as living beings on earth need to do and be better. God created us all. We come in different shapes, sizes and color but our bodies all function the same. If you prick us do we not bleed, if you tickle us do we not laugh, if you poison us do we not die? And if you wrong us shall we not revenge?

I’m Not the kind of person to leave a bad review: but today they did a horrible job. I ordered food around noon to be ready by 6pm to be picked up the latest and I was told when my husband got there that the food was still being prepared which we thought meant a couple of minutes or even half a hour but nope they gave us the food almost 2 hours after. I use to always ordered food from this location for parties and spent around $300 but not anymore after the service they gave us this time.

Food was yummy and the drinks were super tasty. The manager was really accommodating to a large afterwork crowd. Next time we will call ahead. I had the guacamole bowl and wigs. I love the bus!

I was pleasantly surprised with this establishment! The food was savory and they had some unique drinks from Latin America that you’ve got to try. The wait staff was friendly, but slightly disorganized. Overall, if you’re looking for a great lunch spot with flavor that wont break the bank, this is it!

A great local place my wife found through work. The food is delicious and the drinks are large. This was our first visit since the pandemic started and it was nice to feel like little had changed. Terrific choice for some midweek day drinking.

Lively local tex-mex/Mexican restaurant. Has a local bar with sports playing on the TV. Got the sampler appetizer, cozumel platter, beef fajitas and seafood enchilada. Food was decent.

Saw lot of people ordering the sopa de pescado.

Service was swift and good.

Parking limited and can be tight spaces.
