Loved it. I had the filet mignon with mashed potatoes and broccolini, and my wife had chicken fettuccine alfredo. I think the broccolini was some of the best I had, and my wife said her fettuccine was five stars. The bread and toasted ravioli for appetizers were also very tasty. Service was very fast and friendly. My only complaint is that they could up their fancy drink game a bit by not using ice straight from an ice tray.

We came in on gallery night on Palafax and met the owner, Paul, who checked in on us and shared stories to make our birthday evening so much fun. He gave us a good luck $2 bill just like his grandfather used to give to him! What a special memory for us! Now to the food…the charcuterie board was amazing! We ordered mainly appetizers since we were enjoying the street fair. The soup of the day was Italian wedding and it was so flavorful! It didn’t have the mini pasta balls that I’m used to in IW soup, but it was really good! Ordered calamari, bruschetta, the Caesar salad, and fettuccine Alfredo. Oh, the bread they served with meal service was SO fresh and warm! I asked for butter with mine. Our waiter, Joey, was fantastic and very attentive. Water was always kept full. Will be back! Ask Paul for his other restaurant locations!

Party of 28 for a work Christmas party. We made reservations and they delivered! There were several other companies having a Christmas party in other areas, so at times it got loud. Never too loud that you couldn’t hear people next to you talking. We had two waiter/waitress that worked our party. Both were fantastic. They helped with recommendations, wine selections, specials, dish explanations, etc. They were on point. “Bonsai” was a hottie too! I would love to come back and experience the restaurant on not such a busy evening to get a real feel for the food and atmosphere, but we still had a great night. Thank you guys so much!

Sam was our waiter the Bacon wrapped Scallops with cheese broccolini was delicious. Atmosphere was exceptional.. Grilled octopus and bruschetta for appetizer awesome. Finished with a tawny port would definitely recommend

Genuinely superb. We booked a reservation for our anniversary. They gave us a free dessert and congratulated us. Paul himself even came and said hi, which felt really nice, seeing the person the restaurant is named after. Overall, I would very much recommend. Also, it was really affordable. $50 for two people is comparable to something like Olive Garden but 10x as fancy.

Met the owner, Paul, great guy, helped us with wine selection. The food was very good, unfortunately I don’t think they are into the groove yet on lunch service. While Jordan was pleasant, the service was sooo slow. It took 40 minutes to get our glasses of wine, sign. Afterward, they did comp us one of the two glasses of wine. We will be back coz I believe this this was a one off.

Here for a party. Food was basic, lobster bisque taste like straight liquor…. I ordered chicken tenders from the kids menu (I prefer chicken strips)and after the orders were placed a different server came back and and said I could not have the chicken tenders as I was not 12…. FYI they don’t have ranch dressing either…. I was with a very large party. No one was impressed. Also the dinner bread came out in a bowl and it looked like prep for croutons. Bread pieces. I don’t recommend, and won’t return.

We arranged a Holiday dinner for 23 people. Food, especially the shrimp scampi, was superb, as well as the service. Waiting on a table of seniors, including a couple of 90 year olds, is not always easy, but the servers made it look quite easy. Our host, Paul, was his usual gracious self. A great way to ring in the Holiday Season!

Susanne was an amazing waitress. We were able to sit outside and the ambience and outdoor music across the street was very pleasing. The lasagna and fettuccine Alfredo were very good. My husband doesn’t like oil with his bread but loved theirs with perfect amount of seasoning. The owner came out to talk to us and it was very good conversation. Suzanne was a delight to talk to and was very attentive. It didn’t take forever for the food to come out. You should try it if u r in Pensacola.
