I received a $5 gift card and tonight was the time for using it. The parking was packed (6pm on a Sunday) so I needed to be patient but once I got a spot, I stepped in and was pleasantly greeted. My order was simple: a Gotta have it (the largest size cup $8.59) of the sweet cream with a serving of blueberries mixed in. The massive ball of sugar and milk was put onto the marble slab, the blueberries went in and then it was all scraped together then served in my requested cup. I started eating it there but it was much larger than expected so I took the rest home. The place was busy with folks walking in to get their sweet tooth sated, families with little ones and adults by themselves. After my $5 gift card was applied it was just $4+ for that huge cup.

My first time going into a cold stone in Orlando. The ice creation itself was great. I ordered the birthday cake remix and my son had chocolate overload. My reasons i give this place 3 star rating is I think the cups are a little small for the price. We had “like it” which is a small cup at 6$each. So if you’re taking the family out this might not be the place to go if you are on a budget. Second reason is appearance of the restaurant. Outside of the restaurant was only half the sign lit and there was a lot of trash and cups by the door way. Not appealing at all especially since this location is in cranes roost. Lastly I tried to sign up for their rewards club but their system was down. Oh well.. definitely sign up for their rewards club for deals and specials. Your first time sign up with give you a BOGO!

Even in the cooler weather ice cream is a must and we never miss the opportunity to visit this Cold Stone store when we are in the area and sometimes we just go out of our way to be in the area I have visited other locations and have made this my preferred store as it is always clean and the customer service is top notch. My family is always greeted with a warm welcome and even if there is a long line the employees work briskly to complete orders. When there are new flavors or we can not decide what flavor we have been provided the opportunity to taste new flavors or try a different flavor with out hesitation. Thank you for providing my family with a clean safe environment in todays complicated situation to go and get a treat regularly. Tonight we decided to grab some ice cream from our favorite place Cold Stone Altamonte and once again no disappointment !! The store was busy with a good line for a chilly night. There were seven employees behind the counter that were working quickly and moving the line at a more than reasonable pace. They were all polite and professional while completing our order. As pictured the employees were all properly gloved while preparing our ice cream request. Now I have to say the new flavor for the season of love is shown in the picture below. I decided to go outside my box and try it and I highly recommend it if you like chocolate covered strawberries. It was amazing and now I will have to make more visits before Feb 15th. The store was clean and had a pleasant smell of waffle cone. Can never go wrong when you want great ice cream and professional customer service here’s the place.

Ice cream is ok, but $40+ for 2 small cups, 1 med cup & 1 small milkshake? It’s ok but it definitely isn’t all that, milk is 2.86 A GALLON at Walmart I’ll probably be making my own ice cream for these prices, give me a break… Absolutely nuts that this is where we are in 2025… Service was good so I’ll upvote that, but if this was based solely on value I’d give it a zero… Smashing the ice cream on a cold stone is a cute little time wasting gimmick & does an absolute truck load of nothing for the taste.

I’ve actually never been this upset by a simple ‘getting some ice cream’ experience then I was tonight at this location. One of the workers there tonight, Anissia? I couldn’t fully read her name tag, was incredibly rude to my husband and I. It was a busy night tonight, and NORMALLY in a busy ice cream shop, you patiently wait in line until someone behind the counter addresses you and usually says something to the effect of ‘What can I get for you?’ So I was just looking at my phone waiting to be called as there were many people in front of us. This Anissia woman quietly and without saying a single word- walks in front of me on the other side of the counter and just rudely stares at me! Doesn’t say a single word… as if I am supposed to know intuitively that it’s my turn now. I didn’t actually notice her as I was looking at my phone, my husband had to poke me and gesture towards her to let me know it was my time to order. When I looked up she was literally glaring at me, saying absolutely nothing. I was really thrown off by this interaction but ordered politely and without another word from her she goes off to make my ice cream. I’m waiting again, looking at my husband this time to be like ‘what the hell was that about’ until he gestures to me again to turn around and there this woman is with my ice cream in her hand outstretched toward me, standing there, staring at me WITHOUT SAYING A SINGLE WORD. I get it. Its the end of the night and it’s busy, but I’m sorry… you can grow up and use your words. That was so rude and we absolutely didn’t deserve to be treated like that when we were being nothing but patient and polite to her- my husband still tipped them 15%…

Well. Took my daughter who just got off work. We waited in a long line for 20 minutes. She ordered a cone. I also said please put that on a cone in case she hadn’t heard my daughter. The lady proceeded to hand us a cup not cone. We didn’t make a big deal about it but were dumbfounded at the lack of customer service. Yikes.
