How can you wait 30 minutes and your order is still wrong! Where is the beef in the beef and broccoli?? The other order was suppose to have beef and broccoli and we got mushroom chicken. Not to mention the vegetables are way under cooked… this location has the WORST management! I wait a few months hoping go it gets better and it never does!! Seriously save yourself and don’t go to this location.

The price has went up astronomically, while looking you in your eyes with a smile feeding you dog food.
The orange chicken is so bad it’s either like eating gravel rocks or slimy fish.
The fried rice is so moist and clumpy it’s like they rinse it in a strainer before boxing it up.
This is the 3rd time in a row I’ve taken a few bite and straight to the garbage.
About every 2 months I convince myself that it was a fad, and that it will taste good this time like it did years ago.
I’m wrong. EVERY TIME.
This time there will be no next time, I’m not going back.
If you like looking in the eyes of friendly customer service while another employee gets your food out of the sink – this is your place!

These people that work at panda are probably the most incompetent people I have ever encountered there have been several times where they forget a dish that I have ordered given me the wrong sizes.n So I go inside to complete my order. Hit or miss…thats what happens at this Panda Express in Yucaipa,Cal.We seldom order here for that reason.
Today there was absolutely no one in the drive thru line and we still needed to wait in the parking lot 25 minutes to get our food.
They also said they “had no change” so exact amount or credit card was needed.
We ordered three combination plates and all three had different portion amounts of rice,chow mein and the two entrees-the food was ok though.
When they are on top of their service and food,this Panda Express is acceptable-but you never know how it will be-unfortunately they are not consistent.

ELIJAH, must be new to customer service because he didnt apologize for being pure dumb. My daughter and I went through the drive thur, I ordered a kids meal for her and he handed me the kids meal with the water bottle in the bag. The kids plater was all lopsided, I was confused?? When he handed me the bag. I took the water bottle out of the bag and fix the kids plate before it got messed up. I said, “next time just hand the customer the water bottle first then the food!” He ignored me, shut the window. Shut the window on me while im talking, your definitely getting a bad review. BTW panda speed up your services, your drive thru be slow lately

Not very happy with Panda Express on Yucaipa Blvd lately. The portions are getting really small and food stays sitting for to long. One of the bowls we ordered had a really small portion of the beef and broccoli so I asked if they can add a little more and they gave me a small container of beef and broccoli in stead but they barely put any thing in it, you can literally see the bottom of the container. Customer service was ok.

Ridiculously long wait and rude, petulant staff. Waited nearly 20 minutes for an order of orange chicken. When I finally got my order I didn’t say anything to the employee so she hit me with a “you’re welcome!!!” which is honestly crazy after making someone wait 20 minutes for some chicken

We just shared a delicious lunch at Panda Express in Yucaipa. Alyssa gave us terrific service. She was friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and tasty, and the restaurant and restrooms were so clean. We don’t live in this area but we will for sure return the next time we drive through here. Thanks, Alyssa!
