An absolute must stop when in North Central Arkansas right off Hwy 65. The strawberry jam is homemade and incredible, everything else was excellent. I will be back. I got a half dozen of their famous cinnamon rolls for the road.

Today I decided to try their prime rib French dip sandwich, and it was full of big pieces of fat! I couldn’t believe it!
I asked to see the manager but they weren’t available.
To their credit, the server I spoke to immediately replaced it with a sandwich that would be quick, since I had an appointment to get to. She also gave me a choice of dessert on the house while I was waiting for a new chicken salad sandwich, which was delicious! They made everything right, and I was happy then. Thank you!

Such a quaint little mercantile! So cute. I HAD to have a slice of the strawberry lemon cake. . I would drive the 2 hours to have this again! The cake was tender, tart, sweet just what I like! The Nunca trail cookie which is a best-selling cookie was different for me but soooo good. The chicken wrap was very good. I will stop in again to try other items. My pictures really didn’t do justice to how beautiful that cake is.

Had the Big Britches Grilled Cheese on sourdough bread and no mayo. Absolutely delicious! The for dessert, we had the chocolate cake, OH my, what a treat. The icing was not over sweetened. And the cake was so moist. Very delicious! There is a gift shop and you can buy fresh baked goods!

EXCELLENT roadside sandwich and breakfast place and the desserts were amazing. Think of it as a gourmet Cracker Barrel with quiche instead of pancakes. The store attached to the restaurant was a lot of fun and we found some very funny kitchen towels, some beautiful jewelry, and a coffee cup I had to have. You should stop here if you have a chance and you should MAKE the chance!

We stopped here on a Saturday morning for pastries. The place is quiet and well kept. We were greeted immediately and were treated like family. Our server was polite and prompt. We had the cinnamon roll and veggie quiche. Cinnamon roll was the best I’ve ever had and we will definitely be back. On our way back home my wife suggested we get 2 cinnamon rolls for breakfast. Needless to say, I said yes!

Lilliehobbs Mercantile is definitely worth a stop in Arkansas and only a 20-30 minute drive from Branson. We shopped in the cute boutique which was filled with so many items that each of our sentences would start with “Isn’t this cute?” After purchasing some handmade soaps and a bracelet, we had lunch. While lunch was good and service was great, the dessert… outstanding! We had Carrot Cake and Blueberry Mascarpone Cake – WOW! Even though it’s a bit of a drive, I will definitely be returning!

We love to stop here every time we pass by on our way to / from Missouri. The desserts are hard to beat! Pies, cakes, cookies are all delicious. Always happy with their soup of the day options. The chicken bacon Swiss sandwich is one of my top picks! Great atmosphere, friendly employees, nice views available from their indoor & outdoor seating. All around great spot!
