I ordered from DoorDash this round and Who ever made this order clearly didnt care. I asked for no cheese, no toma and no onion, and to add bacon to it. They put bacon in a bag and completely disregarded my requests to leave off items. They left out one of the pretzels I ordered and the ONLY THING THEY GOT RIGHT WAS MY 2 Cookies. I settled it through DoorDash, but this is ridiculous.

You lost my business today because of the rude old cranky white woman disrespected me by telling me a 53-year-old man to read the bottom of a coupon that I have been using for 30 something years. She made me feel stupid. The way she talked to me, no customer should be talked to that way. All customers should be treated with respect. I placed a mobile order, when inside to wait after 5 minutes. I was the only customer and they were literally playing around and cussing and running. Took them another 5 minutes to realize I was waiting on my order. Two were behind the bar and another sitting in dinning area with employees kids. They continued to cuss and yell in front of me. Finally after another 10minutes my food was ready.
I got to the car to eat, it was icy cold. They never warmed up the rotisserie chicken and it was legit had water in it from the iciness of the cold bar and chucks of chicken stuck together from the cold. HORRIBLE!!
Subway use to have a great crew but since they hired young kids, the service is trash.

Everytime i go to subway i always get wonderful service from the staff and the food always be so awesome i went in and got myself a pizza and tuna protein bowl and both of them were delicious

I go here almost every night and when I get certain people it is great, bit whem there are these two younger ladies in there it’s like they do not want to be there. They argue on who gets to take care of the customers. When I walked in there today they had a group of their friends in there and theu completely ignored me and then after their friends left they argued on who was going to get my food. I wish I knew their names, unfortunately, I do not.

If I could give this Subway 0 stars I would. First off, the customer service was horrible except for the first young lady that waited on us. The second person (young man) attitude was mediocre at best. Then he didn’t wrap my wrap properly and he cut it long way straight down the middle. How am I supposed to eat it now?! I will NEVER go back to this Subway again. I wish I could upload the picture of this wrap

Called to night at 7:40 to place an order, I live 5 minutes away and they said they were closed. Walmart is open till 11pm, so why would you close before your posted time of 8pm. Some people work long hours and want something quick to eat. Another the woman she was closing because her leg hurt. I’m sorry she was in pain, because I know the feeling of hurting, but I don’t stop waiting on my tables because of it. If you sign says 8pm, then close at 8pm and then do your clean up.
