We ate lunch here during our visit to Brampton 1860 and loved the tender steak and flavorful Al Pastor Mexican Street Tacos served in warm, hand-pressed tortillas. The chicken enchiladas (½ red and ½ green) with black beans were delicious, satisfying, and packed some serious heat!

So I’ve had the food here before but it was more so dinner and it was amazing well we came for breakfast because I love an authentic Mexican Breakfast and wow jaw dropping delicious food! I love that we have this place in town. I miss my mommas cooking when I eat here! Thank you guys for the great food and service ! Wife ordered a waffle with strawberrys as I ordered a feast of chiliquiles with eggs and chorizo with the green sauce and let me tell you how delicious it was ! And super filling ! We will be back for breakfast!

We came in on a Tuesday at lunch time. We were greeted at the door with a smile and asked if we would like a table. We were sat immediately, as most tables were filled.
Waitress Jordan came to the table and greeted us, asked about our day.
Told her we just stopped in as we have not been there before. She proceeded to tell us all about the menu. She had some very good recommendations and was very pleasant to talk to. We ordered the empanadas. They were delish!!!! I asked for sides of guacamole, beans, and rice.
The dish’s were very fresh. Jordan did a great job. She came back five times asking if we needed anything even though she had most of the tables to attend. I got my tea refilled. It was delicious. Definitely A+++ !!!

The food was excellent, fresh and authentic. We felt like we were in Mexico! We had Jordan as our waitress and she was terrific! Great service, recommendations and she made delicious drinks!

El Rancho is a great Mexican restaurant! I’ve been a few times and loved my food each time I went. The shrimp chimichangas appetizer is a must! The enchiladas were also very good no matter what sauce you chose for the topping. I was very pleasantly surprised with how good the pizza was! I ordered the birria steak pizza, which was delicious, and came with a small cup of the birria stew to dip in, which really pulled all the flavors together! The only issue is that the menu is a little hard to decipher for some items, so just ask if you have any questions.

I’d say off the top of my head I’ve ate here at least 20 times since they’ve opened and there has never been a time I was disappointed. The food is fantastic the staff is extremely friendly and the restaurant itself is very welcoming. The prices are also very good. I recommend this place to everybody!

We were really impressed by the freshness of the ingredients and the great flavor of all our dishes. The mole sauce on the enchiladas was one of the best I’ve ever had. The veggie burrito was also excellent. We will definitely be going back the next time we are in Chestertown.

This is a great place to eat. Tortillas are homemade and excellent. I had the Mexican street tacos and my husband had the el Rancho molcajete. Delicious. And all the staff was super friendly.

Stopped in for lunch, excellent food and service. We choose to have Margaritas and street tacos to share. Also the shrimp chimichangas are very tasty
