This place is cute, cozy, comfortable and absolutely gorgeous! The BLT is amazing, matcha is so yummy. The quality of drinks and food is amazing.
The baristas who served me, Piper and Sam, are the sweetest and most welcoming people. They took very good care of my drinks. They make this place fun and comfortable – so much cool energy!!
They also have gluten free cookies!

We got the Alpine shaken espresso. Too much salt and not enough maple. Very expensive prices for coffee. I enjoyed the fresh loaf of bread I got though. I will not be coming back for coffee here.
Ambient lighting & cozy, millennial coffee shop vibes.

I felt very unwelcome in this place! The cashier was in a great hurry, didn’t explain anything about the food, and kept saying “we’re very busy here!” I have allergies and I asked for some information about the ingredients in my order. I understand that she had other orders to take, but this was important because I could end up in the hospital. And the other employee said she couldn’t talk to me and told me to sit down when I picked up my plate, which I found very rude.

We stopped here on our way home from skiing – and we’re so glad we did! The chai is on the spicy side, and one of the better dirty chais I’ve had. The Alpine was also excellent and the staff were very attentive to our request to make it on the less sweet side. We were impressed and will be back! ☕️

Very bad first impression!!

There is no sense of customer service here ( there’s a rude girl at the espresso maker with a half shirt on like it’s hooters * nobody wants to see your belly button put on at least an apron you’re disgusting to talk to or look at ) we came in to meet a friend ( not enough food selection ) will not be back there are other places that have friendly service. Some please teach the barista some manners as we heard her argue with a gal who asked to speak with the manager and decided not to step food inside.

Love this place! I’ve got an art class coming up 7/18 that I’m teaching here and it’s the best vibe! Great beers, chill vibe, welcomed dogs, great food and coffee, and they just added ice cream!

Mountain Heart Brewing tries to be everything at once: coffee shop, bakery, sandwich shop, brewery. It completely drops the ball on at least half of it. I paid over six bucks for a muffin so dry I had to stop and make sure it hadn’t been scraped off the floor. It was flavorless, crumbly, and genuinely awful. The only thing saving this place from a one star review is their sandwiches, which are actually decent. Maybe they should just stick to beer and lunch because whatever that “bakery” is supposed to be, it’s not working.

Order a hot drink. Waited in line as they skipped over my drink for multiple people they were talking to. Finally asked if I got my drink, which I said no. She went back looked at screen and said oh yeah i saw it but just skipped it. After she whipped it up “real quick” she proceeded to hand me a cold drink despite it clearly needing to be hot. Terrible service and drinks.

Really nice coffee and friendly staff. My only complaint would be that they need to find consistency with the baristas. Two days ago I went and a got a very bad coffee and today (as usual) I got a really nice cappuccino.

The real ones who work here are a breath of fresh air. The bread is perfectly crispy and pillowy and made for a super heady sandwich. The Chai was spicy and different, so good! A great laptop/ work / study place. We need good places like this in the valley. Their pastries look real real as well
