This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location and both times my order was incorrect. Jerk chicken wrap, minus pineapple. Not extra pineapple to where my wrap is extra soggy. I’m livid! Thanks for ruining my breakfast… AGAIN!

This was my second time visiting this café. I really enjoyed everything during my first visit, which is why I decided to come back.
On my second visit, I specifically asked for no bacon, and I even double-checked with the drive-thru employee, who confirmed that my order did not contain any bacon. When I got home, I found bacon in my food anyway.
I understand that mistakes happen, but after clearly communicating my request more than once, this was extremely disappointing. The situation also left me feeling uncomfortable and concerned about how seriously my order was taken. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning.

the worker jake tried to seduce me by biting his lip and leaning over the counter while i gave my order, i couldn’t help but crack a smile while gazing at home. i love this place from now on and that was my only experience because im scared i wont be able to recreate that type of first encounter with any male again

Absolutely delicious, I got the Thai wrap and my boyfriend got the Turkey bacon ranch. Food was ready in ten minutes as estimated. Everything was made exactly as requested. The sides we opted for were the jalapeño Corn and apple kale salad, both unique but delicious. For smoothies we got the mango magic with strawberry and the beach bum with a strawberry straw. Blending was perfeeeeect. There were closer tropical smoothie locations to me but they only had 2 star reviews so I went the extra couple miles to this location and so glad I did. By the way, I went on a Thursday during lunch hours, the staff were still able to make sure I had everything before I left.

My husband and I stopped in for breakfast and were warmly greeted right away by Sean who also took our order. Sean was friendly and left us both with a good feeling. This location was clean and vibrant. The food and drinks tasted great too. I have to say everything about our visit left us truly satisfied. Even the parking was smooth and easy. Thank you Sean for your great service! Everything was good and you really stood out!

Got 2 wraps. Caribbean jerk(was kinda of bland ) chicken club (was decent but came with tomatoes that I ordered without). Also ordered the bbq shrimp quesidilla which had 3 pieces of shrimp in the entire thing 2 pieces had no shrimp at all only peppers and onions . The 2 smoothies were the best thing of the whole order .

Smoothies are usually super good, only issue is the window girl, she has the WORST attitude everytime I encounter her, she never smiles and is very clearly miserable and literally all you doing is handing someone a smoothie and taking they money.. if you see this please just find a new job or position girl this not the one for you
