I hadn’t visited a McAlister’s in years, and now I’m wondering why.
We ordered the 6″ Italian sandwich and the Pecanberry Salad. Orders are taken at the counter.
The Italian (sandwich) had a good amount of meat along with flavors of pepperoni, tomato, lettuce, a spicy mustard, onion, oil with balsamic vinegar, and provolone. A side and a pickle spear came with the sandwich. I chose potato salad. Great tasting sandwich. Great tasting meal.
The Pecanberry Salad was a blend of fresh spring mix with blueberries, strawberries, pecans, and grilled chicken. It came with a raspberry vinaigrette. Great salad!
The employees here were outstanding! They were forthcoming with information, had good eye contact, conscientious, and well-spoken.

What fabulous service! All of the counter helpers were kind and helpful. We ordered, were given our drinks and a number for our table. A short time later our order was delivered to our table. Generous portions! Delicious sandwhiches and sides.

This place leads the way in customer service, fresh bread, fresh ingredients, and overall, very nice employees and managers. Every time I come here, I leave happy ! Not to mention they make LARGE sandwiches, and if you’re a McAllister’s fan, you know the sandwiches can be small sometimes. Not here! Look at the size of just half of my roast beef and cheddar!

My wife is a huge McAlister’s fan; I’m not big on soups or salads. But I think she converted me a bit after a visit here. The staff we engaged with were extremely nice and attentive. Plus the food was great.
My chicken and dumplings were delicious and the pepper jack turkey sandwich was super tasty. Soft bread, everything was fresh.
Refills were offered proactively and the whole experience was great. Definitely looking forward to going back. 🙂

This location is outstanding. The food is delicious the portions are fair and so are the prices. I believe this is the best McAlister’s in St Louis hands down. The help there are very friendly it’s a really nice atmosphere and I love their sandwiches. I highly recommend the king club. You’ll be lucky if you can eat the whole thing in what city and the potato salad that comes with it if you choose it is outstanding. The help makes you feel welcome there it’s very clean including the bathrooms. You can also order food on the app and get it to go or eat in. I highly recommend this place. It’s one of our favorites to go to in Arnold Missouri.

I must confess, I had not eaten at McAlister’s deli until we ordered catering and received some coupons for a free meal as a thank-you.
It was a really wonderful experience! The staff were friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere was nice as I hung out for a few minutes for them to freshly make my carry out order, and the food was excellent indeed.
I’m sure it’s their most popular sandwich for a reason, but I had the McAlister’s club….it was a delicious sandwich. It’s a generous portion, a lot of flavor and ingredients, and they were strategic in the use of toothpicks to hold it together when served, it was so substantial!
I will definitely be back. Well done, McAlister’s!

I had never eaten here before today, and I can’t say that I’ll request them for our company’s lunch again. I do appreciate them putting the nacho cheese in a separate cup, but did u really send this tiny cup of sour cream for this ULTIMATE nacho?? There was no way to request it online and no one thought 2 cups would be sufficient for a nacho this size. A real bummer

This location is new and clean. I will not be going back to this one though. I have been here three times and every Tim the amount of meat on the sandwich is terrible. I have not had this problem with the one near South County mall. The last time I was told that it would be a while to thaw out meat and that was why they didn’t have enough for the sandwich.

I always have a great experience here. The staff are very friendly and professional. The food is good. Sometimes there is a little too much pepper for my taste but the food is always fresh and great tasting. When I order on the app – the order is alway ready on time. Highly recommend.
