One of the best pho spots I’ve been to! The broth is rich and full of flavor, with just the right balance — comforting yet aromatic. The real highlight for me is their chilli, it takes the pho to the next level with that perfect kick of spice and depth. Fresh herbs, tender meat, and generous portions make every bowl satisfying. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere top it off. Definitely my go-to place whenever I crave a hearty bowl of pho!
Only need to be improve is their environment hygiene & clean. Floor always wet and restaurant has a little bit of smell.

This place got the best Vietnamese food in town. We tried many pho and rice dishes in US but nothing beats this place. Pho broth is so rich and the noodle they use pairs perfectly. Not only pho but the crispy chicken rice plate!!!! This is must try with the sweet soy sauce with red chili. I went back the next day just to get the chicken plate. Side note, they only accept cash.

A great place to have a pho, always busy, but the service is quite good, I always ask for cooked bean sprouts and they never made mistake about that. Also, the grilled chicken here is the best in town. Feel so great to be a loyal customer.

This restaurant has a limited menu, offering only pho. We ordered one small pho ($16) and one large pho ($18). The broth was decent, but the bean sprouts weren’t very fresh. Both the iced black coffee and Vietnamese milk coffee were disappointing, served in small glass filled with ice, and the coffee itself wasn’t even full, making the $5 price tag feel overpriced. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

One of my favourite Vietnam Pho in town. Ordered beef special small bowl $15 and iced coffee $5. I love both of my soup bowl and especially coffee. I want to try grilled chicken or pork on rice nice time.

Decent Vietnamese restaurant in Springvale. Very busy particularly on weekends. There is no traditional paper menu rather the menu is displayed on the walls within the restaurant itself. Even though the restaurant was quite busy generally you do not have to wait to get a seat. The servers are friendly and polite. My go to is the pho. The broth has a nice deep beefy flavour. When ordering the dac biet you get plenty of beef tendons which is a massive plus. However the noodles are often a hit and miss. Sometimes they are cooked perfectly and other times they are severely overcooked. Unfortunately on my latest visit they were overcooked and the noodles broke apart in little pieces. Other dishes like the com tam was decent for Springvale standards. Overall a great Vietnamese restaurant with amazing pho if the noodles are cooked well.

Been my favourite pho place for a number of years. The soup is tasty, the noodles are smooth, and portions are reasonable sized. Best of all, prices are super affordable, with free tea. The spring rolls are also crispy and delicious.
Service was super fast and friendly.

High quality pho and other well known dishes served with lightning speed, this place and all its sister restaurants define the standard in Melbourne for me. The broth is so flavoursome I often drink half the bowl. Generous portions including the meat, good value food in a down to earth setting.
On the way out, we were amused by the two adjacent stickers “cash only” and “no cash kept on premises”.

My go to place when i’m down at Springvale. Generally I would order atleast the Bun Bo Hue in a small. Why small? cause you got to save room for other goodies around the area and beef noodle soup is generally a very filling meal already.
The Bun Bo Hue is is amazing, great flavours and packed with greens, truely a spicy refreshment.
We also had the pork broken rice, pretty standard dish among the Vietnamese restaurants. Its a safe bet and always nice (in most places you go to)
You must also get a Cafe Sa Da (Ice Coffee) it compliments the Pho/Bun Bo Hue, and completes a fulfilling lunch.
Overall this place is a great little place, don’t expect much service, as it is quite a “street” style type kind of establishment.
