Not one to do this! Crystal made it right! But our dinner was awful! Got told it was an hour wait I was OK with that! Left the house 15 minutes before it was due sat in line for 30 minutes! Ordered pan pizza. Which usually means the cust will be crunchy. However, this whole pizza looks as it would taste good . If the dough wasnt raw tasting. Such a bummer. Looking forward to eating good pizza during our travels only to realize it will be thrown away. We have had good luck in the past.

Destination: Pizza Hut.
Now first of all, being wheeled around by other people is a trust exercise I did NOT sign up for. One minute you’re chilling, next minute someone’s like, “I got you,” and suddenly you’re going 15 mph toward a table you’re not emotionally ready for.
“Slow down.”
“Relax, I got it.”
Those are famous last words.
We pull up to Pizza Hut like a pit crew situation. I didn’t even stop moving before someone was already like, “What are we getting?” I’m still trying to figure out if I survived the parking lot.
Then the food comes out. Big pizza. Glorious. Smells like victory.
But here’s the problem: every time I reach for a slice, somebody decides it’s the perfect moment to reposition me.
WHY ARE WE MOVING RIGHT NOW??
I HAD A TARGET.
At one point, I finally secured a slice—cheese stretch, perfect angle—then boom, slight push backward. Now I’m doing advanced geometry just to keep the cheese from betraying me.
Still… worth it.
Pizza Hut doesn’t miss. That crust? Legendary. That moment when the cheese stretches like it’s in a commercial? Life-changing.
Final verdict:
10/10 pizza
6/10 being chauffeured (y’all drive like it’s Mario Kart)
Would I go again? Yes—but next time, I’m the driver.

After having lived in Asia, I don’t expect the same level of service found in Japan here in the States. But I do appreciate good service when I see it.

Pretty terrible experience. The waitress was nice and was responsive, but the pizza was WAY overcooked and bread sticks were dry and not very good. Bathrooms were dirty, garbage can overflowing, both Parmesan shakers were greasy and covered with food from previous customers, table was sticky. I wouldn’t go back.

You can’t go wrong with a personal pan pizza and breadsticks right?? … WRONG. You can go terribly wrong by choosing pizza hut in Knox.
The breadsticks weren’t even cut and it had ZERO, and I mean ZERO topping on it. No delicious fake cheese sprinkles that fall off and go all over you while you eat them. Nada.
Just overly “cooked” plain, uncut sticks.

I reluctantly decided to have Pizza Hut for dinner tonight. I have not ordered from these guys for about a month or two now because the last two times I have ordered carry-out, the taco pizza was not prepared correctly. It appeared as if someone took a sausage pizza, threw a salad on it, and put it in a box. I decided to give them another try tonight; except this time, I called and spoke with the manager immediately after ordering. The manager, named Heather, was VERY friendly and helpful after I explained what had happened on my last two experiences with them. Upon receiving my order at the drive-through window, we discovered that Heather left a very nice message on the box, saying she had prepared our taco pizza herself and hoped we enjoyed it.
I’m thoroughly pleased with this manager’s initiative to make sure my order was done correctly and to take my disappointed experiences and change my mind on being a frequent customer again. Thank you very much, Heather!

Slowest service I’ve ever received. Place an order. Show up 30 minutes after placing order and always have to wait an additional 30 to 45 mins to get pizza.

Ordered a taco pizza, got a refried bean pizza with very little lettuce. Also ordered an Hawaiian personal pan and it did not have any pineapple on it. YOU HAVE 1 job. To make pizza!!!! If I could use Zero stars I would.

Tldr: pizza hut app doesn’t work great. Review website didn’t work at all for me. Pizza and breadsticks were not bad, but fairly bland. Cinna sticks were not fully sliced.
Most (maybe all) of my complaints stem from corporate decisions. I tried to give a review on tellpizzahut.com but it wouldn’t accept the code on receipt. The app also tells you your order is ready before it actually is. I had to pull forward and wait an extra five minutes after getting to the window which was almost 10 minutes after the app said the order was ready.
The pizza without crust seasoning is bland, not bad but not good either. Just a little breadstick seasoning would help. The breadsticks are underseasoned. The cinnamon sticks were cut in half and one stick cut from one half.
I will not be returning to any pizza hut unless some big changes are made.
