Hi, my name is Jeff. On this night at about 10:40 PM I accepted a DoorDash delivery order at the Pizza Hut on 11233 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, Florida. There was one customer in front of me, but she was standing back from the counter, so I placed my pizza bag on the counter, and I stood back so that the employee could serve the other customer. As soon as the customer turned and walked away. I did what DoorDash drivers do. I showed my screen to the employee behind the counter, and with a smile, I said the name of the customer which was really sort of a difficult name and hard to understand. At this time, the employee behind the counter in a very passive aggressive tone said hello how are you doing tonight and then repeated herself “how are you” but she didn’t say it in a way that was kind, she said in a way that was assumptive that I should have greeted her kindly before showing her my phone. So she had an expectation for the customers behavior. When I did not fulfill that expectation, she became hostile, told me she was refusing to give me the order and I might as well leave or she’ll call the police. I responded in a way that was also threatening. I said I will talk to your manager about this. I also asked her “do you own this place”.”That was my passive aggressive response to the way I had just been treated. Ultimately, I walked out the door and then I took a picture of the front door so I would have the name of the manager. I’m very disappointed. I followed every protocol with DoorDash. I even asked her if we could start the conversation over, she refused. If I were the owner of this, Pizza Hut, I would reprimand this person and retrain them on Customer Service. I wouldn’t fire them. I just wanna make sure that this is known because if you watch the camera, I’m willing to wager I’m not the only person she is treated in this manner. She also was not wearing a name tag so I really don’t know the name of the person who I’m complaining on. I just know she had pink hair. That’s not a criticism that’s just a fact.. please inform this person to never treat a customer the way she treated me and teach her that the customer is always right especially the liaison between the customer (who is the delivery person) and the restaurant.

Me and my fiance always love getting pizza hut wings. We ordered two orders, one 6 piece parm and 24 give or take of buffalo. Unfortunately a majority of the large buffalo order came as garlic parm instead. Obviously it was very upsetting since it was a 70 dollar order of wings. Everything is usually very good there and we love ordering but its probably gonna be a while because of such a mess up.

Absolutely makes the best pizza out of all pizzas here in Jacksonville, Florida. After ordering for six years from this location today for some reason, we ended up going to the store didn’t realize that’s where our favorite delivery driver is located. His name is Marvin. Incredible guy. awesome to deal with and has been delivering to us for six years. The awesome service that we have received over this time. It’s completely incredible and Astonishing. Also, Dee Was very professional polite and made sure that our order was 100% correct and was very thorough to make sure we had everything we needed before we left doublecheck and opened all the boxes! Jamihal and Nikki were also there when I had arrived. They had like 12 orders on the board and they got those orders out of there so fast it was amazing if you are in Jacksonville, Florida, and want to expert experience the best pizza I would recommend this Pizza Hut for you if I can give them more than five stars would!!! Amazing job to this crew at the store. I would also must ask where is Brittany? She had served there for several years. Kind of like one of the faces of the store. Amazing service wherever she is. Hopefully, she’s doing good! Great job everyone.

Awful customer service from a blonde, Caucasian, female, who was working the register on the evening of 12/10/2025 around 8:30 pm. She was extremely rude and smelly, she lacked customer service and was very incompetent with the register. Very inconvenient and disorganized.

I have tried with this place over 3 time’s. No more. They never make the pizza the way I ask. I have let it go before. But again tonight had to wait on them to redo my pizza. Still no sauce. I asked for ex ex sauce because it really dont come with any at all. Still second time no sauce. I just dont understand how you just can’t make the pizza the way the customer is asking for. It’s just sauce people. Sorry I like sauce. Maybe stop having all your workers stand outside fighting about one on drugs and one who owed the money. Wish I had another pizza hut close to me. Why I gave one star is that I did get my toppings this time.
