Typical Zaxby’s got the chicken finger sandwich didn’t have very much sauce on it. Fries were excellent, but had a lot of salt on them. Kitchen appeared to be clean. Workers were friendly.

While the food here may be good, the customer service is absolutely horrible. The people left working here don’t seem to truly care about what they are doing. No one greets you as you walk in. It also is a crying shame that they let their best manager go at this location; the only one that seemed to care about what they were doing and the people they were serving. Good luck to this place, I wont be surprised if they close down eventually since they are already the slowest location in the area.

Asked for my tenders to be tossed in hot honey mustard and didnt get them tossed. Also not very many fries. This place has just gone down hill. I love that they respond to contact their website and nothing comes from it

First time trying Zaxby’s. Was impressed with the quality of the chicken, hot, juicy and fresh. I had original chicken sandwich with extra lettuce and tomato, fries. Little on the expensive side but I think it’s worth it

Nothing special, prefer PDQ. Iced tea had almost no flavor. Skip the cheese bites. One skimpy piece of bacon on the club sandwich. Breading on the chicken was on the dry side although the chicken was nice and moist. Hot honey mustard makes most of it better. Probably won’t return.
