This is my favorite Korean restaurant!

The number 1 called Tofu Soup is a full meal. See pics. You get 4 side dishes, a hot stone bowl of special rice and a little fried tilapia.

They make their own kimchi. You can upgrade to a higher quality kimchi if you like.

I love that you can push a button when you need service. Wish other restaurants did this rather than trying to save someone down.

Got the basic tofu soup and bulgolgi combo which also comes with sides and a small piece of fried tilapia for about $30. Very delicious and satisfying. Honestly, some of the tastiest Bulgogi I’ve ever had. Bonus is that they have K-Pop videos playing non stop as background entertainment, lol

1st visit – weekday lunch

Menu is varied and a lot of choices. May be overload for first timer trying Korean cuisine.

I ordered the Pork Tofu Stew.
Banchan (side dishes, 4 types) served first.

Tofu Stew and rice, authentically served piping hot in clay pots.

Deeee – liscious!
To-Go:
Japchae with beef bulgogi.

Service was pleasant, friendly and warm. Thank you, Ryan.

Will definitely be back!

Service was awesome. Host was super kind and gave great layout of the menu and their specialties. Ended up doing the short ribs and subbing for the spicy cabbage soup. Only 4 small sides (unlimited refills). Half of the short ribs barely had any meat on them. Food was pretty good but not amazing. The only bottle of sake they have to purchase is $100. Would come back again though to try other dishes.

Good overall Tofu soup shop. They have expanded their menu with more Korean BBQ but we haven’t tried that. Overall, this spot is a good alternative to Tofu Story.

The food here did not disappoint. I went with some friends for am after work dinner and it was probably the best Korean dishes I’ve had in a while. I got combo TD because I couldn’t decide on just one item so I got a mix of things, pork cutlet, tofu stew of course, and stone pot rice. It was an amazing mix of dishes. The tofu stew is their main attraction and it is so flavorful, 100% a must try if this is your first time here. The combos with all the sides for the table was a lot of food that definitely could be shared, I shared with myself cause it was too good. When the bill was all said and done it was like 25 – 30 per person with tip at a table of 4. If your a regular of a new comer looking for something new in K town, this is the spot.

The spicy soondubu was very good although it appeared to have diced spam in it. Would I order it again? Yes, but the ramen soondubu had that thin, packaged ramen look & were probably laden with palm oil. One star off for that. The service was good, but I couldn’t believe that the waiter had to ask if we wanted our own set of banchan. There were 6 of us dining, so I would have assumed the answer was obvious: 2 sets, please. The banchan was varied & appetizing. 5 stars for the K-pop music. Not too loud & devoid of rap. Eating out is expensive nowadays. Get used to it, or stay home & cook your own meals.

This place used to be one of my favorite. Food you received and the price you paid, along with the service was ideal. However, they started to remove quality from the food, but kept raising the price. Service has always been somewhere in the middle. IMHO, the food still tastes a little better than the Tofu Story stil, l but the quality of Tofu is extreamly disappointing.

Place is nice, the staff are awesome!
I got the cold noddles, they were Delicious but if you want good meat portion don’t get it because it has only 2 slices of meat and half boiled egg but the flavors are good. The bulgogi is good but very small portion. The japchae is amazing it’s a must try and their house made kimchi is probably one of my top kimchis ever. Enjoy!

I am sooooo sad it took me so long to try this place because it was soooooooo good. I am not even a soup girl, but the tofu soup (I ordered the noodle tofu soup) was filled with enormous amounts of flavor and with the fresh rice and kimchi, the combo was so good it was hard to believe it was real.
