I ordered Nachos and a Margarita on the rocks, no salt. First, the margarita was watered down. Tasted plain. The nacho’s…. the nachos use to come with a red sauce under the meat. Not this time. The nacho’s had no flavor. The Cheddar cheese they used was like cemented to the plate. The queso they used on top of it all had a film on it like it was in the window for over an hour. I am pretty sure I got someone’s mistake. I ate it because I was hungry, but I won’t go back.

This gives Vinita 2 very good Mexican restaurants. Cesar’s has a very nice air to it… Not a dressy place but anything from Overalls to a sport coat kinda place. Perfect for Vinita. The service was very nice, welcoming, attentive. The food was very, very good. Better than expected. Great Yellow rice, well seasoned steak and chicken. Good beans… Coulda used more beans. The chips were good, Guacamole was very good. No disappointments here… And the atrium room, the wife made me promise to bring her back during a thunderstorm.

Enchilada wa pretty good, salsa and queso is mediocre, my tamale was good where it wasn’t rock hard. Lady grabbed my drink for a refill, asked what I had to drink then never returned. Had to ask to get our check because the lady didn’t check up on us at all. Never got that refill. As far as atmosphere it’s just like a bar added dining tables to be able to sit people at other places. Driving through so I understand that place doesn’t have a ton of options, but I’ve had infinitely better service at Mexican restaraunts in piedmont a similar sized town. The young people seemed good at their job it was the middle aged people, the people behind us had a 40 min wait which is pretty bad.

We arrived five minutes before closing. We had called ahead. The staff was very gracious. We weren’t rushed through our meal. The food was fresh and hot. A-1 service and food. A great place to go. Didn’t give five stars all around because then it seems like pandering.

Myself and my caregiver dined here on 10-4-2024 . We only have a few complaints. Handicap parking sucks and no ramp access except at the very south end of the sidewalk which is bumpy getting to. Handicap parking should be at the front door and not spaces down. Next is the bathroom facilities this set up is totally ridiculous barely any room for a wheelchair to fit in the women’s bathroom and the only bathroom that had a grab bar to use to accommodate my needs. Then upon leaving the bathroom I had a heck of a time getting my wheelchair out . I had to stand on my foot and hop to the bathroom door to get back in my wheelchair. So instead of trying to make payroll and keeping the customer happy I suggest you remodel your bathroom and make them handicap accessible. Because next time someone like me just might contact the proper authorities and you could be fined pretty harsh.

It used to be good but the service and food have dropped in quality over the past few times we have eaten here. This last time most definitely was our last trip to this restaurant. The food is good if they get your order rite but the last 3 times we went they haven’t gotten our orders rite. The last time they messed up ever one at the tables order then to fix it they just slid part of the good food on a new plate still covered in everything that wasn’t supposed to be on the plate. Eat at your own risk….

Great food, cool atmosphere and our waiter was friendly and attentive. We had the spinach enchiladas and they were delicious! Highly recommend if your in the area.
