It was insane how we received our orders! The tenders were all extra tiny not even considered half of a regular tender size. We ordered an adult meal large and the tenders were the only thing that had to be a dam joke! The coney footlong meal would’ve been perfect except the bread was stale. By far the worst experience in food quality at a sonic. We will not be returning to this location! Please do not order the tender meal with this quality. We basically have been robbed of our money! Ridiculous!

I placed a pick up order and they were very quick. The food is like any other sonic. There was no cheese on my Frito wrap, which was strange. I really want cheese, but other than that it was good.

This is what a medium French fry looks like. With no drink holder, for 3 drinks ordered. They handed me the footlong hot dog without a bag and the rest of my food in a bag.

Waited 20 minutes when I’m the only car in the drive through while they’re dancing inside instead of doing their jobs and this is after I waited 10 minutes at the stall with no answer. Get home to find hair in my food, disgusting and horrible service.
Decided to give this location another try and that was a big mistake on my part. Slow as hell, 22 minutes for 3 drinks. Still 1 star service at best and 20 minutes seems to be the fastest these folks can get orders out so don’t come here if you’re in a rush.

Extremely disappointed in the service I received last night. I went around 10:30 last night and waited nearly 20 minutes for my food. There were no other customers. I ordered a grilled cheese and a chocolate milkshake and when I got my sandwich it was hardly over room temperature and they used the heel of the bread. I have no issue eating bread heels at home but at a restaurant it is not a good look. My server was also rude. I am highly disappointed in the service and I will not be going back, nor do I recommend going.

I’m not sure why I continue to come to this location. I guess because I like the variety of the menu. I have came by this one about 3 or 4 times now and the food is either over cook, grease is bad, missing items. service is not good at all. The staff is playing around and lots of phone usage. This last visit I pulled up to the drive thru (always use the drive thru) and the sprinkler system straight into my car all over me etc. of course I rolled up my window. I had to ask for napkins to wipe myself and the inside of my car down. I got from the drive thru person ” I did not k ow that”. I was in the full service restaurant industry for over 20 years. I would never allow this out of my staff.

This Sonic has a recurring issue that shows a trend of poor customer service. The menu board shows “Order – Pay – In the Kitchen – On Its Way,” but too often no one brings out the food. Then the screen clears with no update, leaving customers stuck waiting.
From what I’ve learned, this happens because Sonic’s system is tied to a service-time limit. When that time runs out, the order disappears from the screen so performance times look better—even though the customer still hasn’t received their food.
This has happened multiple times, and it’s unacceptable. I will continue asking for refunds every time it occurs until the store fixes this problem. Everyone else should do the same so employees are held accountable. If enough customers request refunds, Sonic will see the trend of lost revenue and finally be forced to address this issue.
