We came here on a Monday around 3-4pm, there wasn’t many diners present so the noise level was very minimal, music was good, lighting was easy on the eyes. We came for a birthday and they made that experience amazing. We ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and the 5oz bacon wrapped steak both with fries. Our food came in hot and met our expectations amazingly. My steak was very juicy and cooked to a perfect medium, the fries were hot crunchy but soft inside. Her sandwich was very filling and fresh. She ordered an alcoholic drink which neither of us remember the name but were pleasantly surprised and impressed by it, no overpowering alcohol frozen fruits at the bottom, right amount of ice. We absolutely loved it, it was one of the highlights out of all restaurants we have been to while staying in Niagara. We informed the server it was her birthday and received a caramel cheesecake! Server was so nice and kind constantly checking in, and just having a nice warm energy and smile to bring to the table. We were so happy the rest of the day, it really helped to set her birthday on a high mark going here. Will 100000% be returning when I’m back in Niagara. Has become my new go to in Niagara.

Really disappointed this time coming here. The service was was so terrible and lack of staff on a long weekend. 25 minutes waited to be seated and they forgot about us waiting on the side of the bar. Waited 20 minutes for a waiter to come to take the order. 30 minutes later the food came with partial order only and got charged for it. The server was too slow on doing things and didn’t take the order properly and I still tipped them well for working on Valentine’s Day. Got billed for a food i didn’t get and paid for it too…not point waiting any longer here. I wouldn’t recommend coming here on a long weekend… not enough staff..sad.

The food was tasty. We had loaded Nachos. My drink was the Peach breeze, I didn’t get any liquor taste in it. The Beerita was good though. The staff were caring. The vibes are good. They don’t take reservations but there were no waiting time on Saturday night.

Upon arrival seated right away. We just came to the table with a one minute for our beverages. Decided on chicken Parmesan with tomato sauce and crunchy mac & cheese.
Food came out rather quickly. Chicken Parmesan was like a large fried piece of chicken and the tomato sauce was very peppery, but still had a good taste to it.
The mac & cheese had a spiral kind of pasta, which was nice. Could’ve done without the garlic bread as it had no flavor. Probably would not order the same dishes but they were good, not spectacular. What I would expect at a Niagara Falls restaurant. Would come back.

We had a great experience at Kelsey’s during a hot summer weekend after exploring the Clifton Hill area at the Niagara Falls. Our server, Elena, was attentive and gave us a good time!
Despite being a party of eight, we were seated within a few minutes. Initially, we were given only two tables side-by-side together, which felt a bit cramped given the heat. However, the staff accommodated our request for an additional table after arranging a little, making us much more comfortable.
The food was flavorful and served in good portions. Cold beverages were especially refreshing and appreciated in the summer heat.
Our server, Elena, was attentive and responsive throughout the meal, providing excellent service.
Overall, we found Kelsey’s to offer good value and would gladly recommend it!

Comfortable and relaxing dining oasis in the midst of the frenzied carnival atmosphere uphill from Niagara falls. Our server was friendly and efficient, food was great. Weather was lovely to dine outdoors.

From the moment we walked in, they made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. The service was fast, friendly, and super attentive without being overbearing. Our drinks were always full, the food came out hot and delicious, and the vibe was just perfect.
Daniel was professional and on top of everything, Brooke was so sweet and personable, and Tre and Jerry brought the fun energy that made the whole experience even better. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests.
