Today was my first time ever eating at McAlister’s and everything tasted amazing . I tried a few of their menu options and was thoroughly satisfied with everything from start to finish . If I HAD to critique it and say one thing I’d change ,, I wish the there wasn’t so much crust on the cheesecake . If they made their cheesecake crust slightly more thin ,, I wouldn’t have any complaints about this place . Like I said…I only tried a few things so I can’t give an accurate review on the entire menu ,, but everything I did try hit the spot .

This was my first time ever and they did not disappoint. I had the 2 for $11 and I had the king club it was so huge it was like 2 sandwiches in one, The dumpling thing wasn’t your Grandma’s type but it was still good!! Every single bit tasted fresh, Their tea is amazing and I am a tea fan! We also tried the pork sandwich it was good and the pork nachos very good. Can’t wait to go there next week.

We order to go here a lot via the app. We always, for the most part, have a great experience. There are times when they don’t get our customizations correct, and they forget things such as extra butter and sour cream for my potato, etc. They always, always forget the pickle!! Sometimes, you won’t get silverware and napkins either. There are times they are completely rude at the pick-up window. However, most of the time, we have a great experience. They have a lot of menu choices and the food is excellent. Portions are big. Prices are reasonable for what you get. They have a nice rewards program via the app where you can earn points for free side items and entrees. They have a pick-up window. Restrooms are clean for the most part when we dine in. As well as a nice and clean dining room. I definitely would recommend this location!!

By far, the biggest and most renovated McAlister’s I have ever walked into. It is clean, and has a drive through.
Although my order turned out to be wrong. The chips as supposed were not added to my sandwich and I was disappointed. The sandwich itself was soggy which was unexpected. I wonder if someone order it already and they just threw it in the bag for me. The potato salad was my side and was definitely not a lot. Probably two spoon. But it was tasteful and better than the sandwich.

I tried their Sweet & Savory chicken sandwich, with BBQ chips on the side, and totally enjoyed them. Their sweet tea was also really good. Prices were reasonable. Restaurant was clean, spacious and not too crowded either. Would visit again.

I always forget to take a photo of my food, but when it’s really good I end up finishing it beforehand Anyways, I wanted to express how appreciative I am of the overall experience at this location. Jerod made sure to accommodate my food restrictions, delivered service with a smile, and also came around to check and make sure everything was to my satisfaction. This isn’t the closest McAlister’s to my home, but my next visit will be here; the customer service was truly that great! Highly recommended
