I made an order on mobile app and clicked on I’m here option and got a notification that my order is ready in the pickup area. And my wife did the same. When I went into the store to pick our orders, one order is there and the other one is missing. When I asked the manager Larry (Shift Leader), he responded rudely that the order is not the system without checking. I showed the order on my Chick fil A app and a notification saying the order is ready to pick up. He still arguing that I didn’t pressed I’m here option. But I did pressed I’m here option and got the notification which I showed him again. He mentioned that I might ordered at a different location. This shows his carelessness as he didn’t looked at my order on the app when I showed him which has the address of that store. Even after showing the location of the order again he says, his system don’t show my order rudely. If really there is a technical problem, he is supposed to answer me
in a decent manner rather than arguing it is my fault even after showing multiple proofs. Then I lost my patience and started to raise my voice, then he went inside gave my order. I’ve been to 20+ Chick fills location across multiple states, and this is the first time I’ve seen an employee/manager being so arrogant to the customer even tough the fault is on the store side.
I usually prefer Chick fil A over other restaurants not just because of the taste, it is also for the good customer service. But Larry changed my opinion on Chick Fil A customer service by keeping him as Manager/ Shift leader.
I usually don’t write reviews, but I’m writing this to give my feedback so a necessary action will be taken by the management to prevent this kind of issues in the future.

This is one of the best Chick-Fil-A’s I have visited.
I went here a few times while I was in town and the food was always fresh and hot, specially the fries. Service was always on point, both in the drive-thru or inside, and I felt like the employees went above and beyond here. There was this super sweet employee there (I think her name was Kadence) who took my orders every time and she was just a pleasure to interact with. Super bright young girl and so courteous and well mannered. The rest of the staff with whom I interacted with was also great. Keep up the good work everyone!

Best chic fil a I have been to. Friendly staff who joked around with me, but also accommodated all of my needs. Very large interior which was kept very clean. Plenty of parking and large drive through. Overall, the best of what a fast food place can give.

Stopped in while passing through to grab something quick to eat. I’ve never waited more than five minutes inside a Chick-fil-A in my life, so this visit really surprised me. The dining room and outside area looked empty, but the wait inside was unusually long.
I know mobile and drive-thru orders can get busy, so I understand delays happen—but it was confusing standing there with no visible line and not knowing what the holdup was. A little communication about wait times would have gone a long way.
Food was still good as always, but the experience wasn’t the quick stop I expected. Hopefully this was just an off day.

I get the sandwich and the last 2 times they have been awful soggy and lacking flavor. The chicken nuggets are the best in the fast food world in my opinion. Drinks and milkshakes are really great.

Me and girlfriend came here to enjoy some chick-fil-a, but that turned out wrong. I ordered a 12 count of nuggets and my girlfriend ordered a cob salad. When we took a bite of the chicken it was salty. At first we thought we just ate a bad piece, but we ate the other chicken pieces and they were just salty. We were disappointed because we love chick-fil-a and we were hungry at that time. We couldn’t even finish half of it and just threw it out. Maybe they just put too much salt on that batch of chicken they served us but overall just disappointed. I will still continue eating at chick-fil-a, but just be aware the amount of salt you guys put in.

I love chic fil a , food is delicious and healthier than most fast food chains. Unfortunately i ordered a chicken sandwich at this newly opened branch at townesquare edison NJ on route 1 and found a rotten lettuce with my sandwich. It was not worth lining up again to replace. Was disappointed.

Beautiful new location. Ordered a milkshake and it was ready in a few minutes on the mobile ordering shelf. Great addition to the area.
Takes a couple turns to get to this location but there is plenty of parking and I can see this location super busy on the weekends.

Not busy the weekend we went, so if you are craving chick-fil-A, this is the place. The place was clean but staff seem to not pay attention to orders as much, my salad didn’t have the dressing, had to go back and ask for it. Waffle fries were not crispy but shake was good!
