Never in my life have I seen such things!
Trying a new location, I pulled up excitedly and waited to order. When prompted I began. 5 piece combo, Cole slaw, please with strawberry Fanta I said. Then repeated the same exact words, another 15 times minimum. Not that I wasn’t speaking clearly, but I thought I was being pinked when my order was repeated back to me, it was globally different each time. I slowed down. I spoke fast. I repeated, word for word my order and it took many many times before it was repeated back correctly. Great!
I pull up, it was $18 exactly, paid and knew when handed a brown drink that I was in trouble. I pulled my hand back and repeated kindly and with a gentle smile, red Fanta please, as I could tell the woman at the window was flustered. Probably first day I assumed. No problem. Patience goes a long way. She pulled the drink back in completely confused but nodding in agreement, and after a brief moment, handed me an orange soda. Okay, no problem, at least I can drink this, even though I don’t particularly care for orange anything. No problem.
I immediately begin to dig in. No sauce, no problem. I open my side setting that it’s mashed potatoes, I place the lid back on as I do not like Popeyes potatoes at all. Reach back in the box to begin eating a non sauced chicken tender, take a large bite and almost immediately spit it out. It was all breading. So I look in the box. All breading there too. $18 completely tossed as not edible or as ordered.
With food costs rising, eating out is a luxury I can afford at times, but what cannot be afforded is horrible food. I will not be back to any Popeyes seeing as this is acceptable.

I was in a couple of days ago to get the $6 meal deal. I asked for a breast and leg spicy. The clerk stated I can only get breast and wing or leg and thigh. I asked can I pay the difference? She stated no. I said, I’ve been to other Popeyes and they allow me to do it. She stated this is a different Popeyes. Therefore, I retracted my order and went somewhere else. First of all, to tell me I can’t get what I would like and pay the difference is absurd! This Popeye’s has been poorly managed for a while now and need to be addressed. The biscuits are never fresh, the sides seemed to be cooked way ahead of time and still served. I used to patronize this store often, now, I’m no longer. I rather take the extra drive to go to a different one where they are a lot more courteous and will allow me to pay for what I want as long as they have it. I hope the Store manager gets on all who is at this location and make it better.

The employee’s in this restaurant TRULY don’t care about their quality of food and/or service and it shows! Stale fries, wrong 5 piece chicken (should have been spicy) flat soda….quite impressive! . Head over to Popeyes in Thornton! Come get your: “I am just here for a paycheck” chicken!

Getting hot and correct food is like playing a Russian roulette. Today I got some and unfortunately after leaving drive thru window, I did checked the order as I notice that I got a tub of mashed potatoes I did not ordered. I parked and open up my box to see some piping hot strip so I knew that it’s not what I ordered. After going into the store and mentioning that I got wrong stuff, I received my order. When I checked it in the car I was extremely disappointed. While the wrong order was fresh and hot, I got dried up, small pieces of chicken that almost had no meat on them. It’s like somebody was pissed that I got wrong order and returned. I am never eating here again. I hate this Popeyes and your employees.

I am a DoorDash driver and came to this Popeyes to pick up an order. I was very thirsty and went to the fountain machine to get some water. An employee approached me in a rude manner, telling me I had to pay, as if I was trying to take advantage of something.
I understand rules are rules, but the attitude was unnecessary. I also felt discriminated against after the employee realized I am Venezuelan. Delivery drivers work hard and we deserve respect.
I spent 2 hours calling the store trying to speak with the manager to file a complaint, but no one answered the phone. This situation was completely inappropriate, and I will be reporting it to corporate for further review. Very bad experience.

I ordered signature spicy wings and got a drop of sauce. I didn’t get my second side. My drink came with ice even after I asked for no ice. I ordered a large fries with my meal and didn’t even get a complete order of medium fries. Worst experience here by far and the bar was not that high.

I broke my tooth and wanted a nice soft biscuit, mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, Mac n cheese and if I could some chicken tenders. When I got home, no potatoes-red beans and rice, the coleslaw looks to be a week old, the biscuit CRUNCHED, the Mac n cheese is one big clump and the tenders are like rubber!! I couldn’t even call as the number given on the website is not for this store. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you like being disappointed. I would’ve given no stars if possible.
