Great experience! Came here after walking out of another location where no one said hi or even acknowledged my existence for at least 5 mins lol. Staff was friendly, food is fantastic, and they serve fries 🙂 The smokehouse and cheddar brisket sandwich is very good. Recommend!

We had a terrific lunch at Firehouse Subs, and left genuinely impressed.
The facilities were spotless, comfortable, and welcoming, making it an easy place to relax and enjoy a meal. My bacon turkey ranch was heated and was rich and flavorful, while my friend’s spicy meatball sub had just the right kick. We both ordered medium 10-inch subs and were more than satisfied.
The only odd note was the slightly confusing soda machine, but everything else was absolutely top-notch.

Got 2 Medium dubs to go (Hook and Ladder/ The Engineer). Subs were fresh and delicious. Coke Fusion soft drink machine made a perfect Vanilla Coke. Service with a smile and polite. Great experience. Will definitely return.

No customers in store but had to wait while worker was on telephone. Then she got the order wrong. Didnt bother arguing because there was no point. Sandwich was skimply portioned, looked to be a small portion on a medium roll. Food on the floors, see picture for example. There was plenty to photo, but didnt want to get hassled for taking pictures. Last time I eat here. Have to remember this experience next time I tip before I eat.

I got here at a 8:46 and they said that they’re about to close at 9 so I can’t get any food. IF YOU ARE CLOSING BEFORE YOUR CLOSING TIME THEN CHANGE YOUR CLOSING TIME TO WHAT TIME YOU CLOSE DON’T SAY YOU CLOSE AT 9 O’CLOCK AND THEN CLOSE AT 8:45. Look, I understand wanting to leave work, but if you advertise that you close at a certain time, then you should not refuse to make food for people before the advertised closing time
***UPDATE*** this same gentleman apologized 2 days later when we were going to another restaurant right by there. I thought that was super kind and thoughtful. He said he was not fully aware of the standard policy regarding their closing practices and he wanted to get home after a long day. I definitely to him that I understand that but then he shouldn’t schedule to work that shift. He also mentioned that they were kinda short staffed at the moment so I totally understood and we were back 2 days later and he was so kind and welcoming. He definitely made up for the mistake and I appreciated and respected his acknowledgment and apology. Because he was such a stand up guy like that, We will definitely support this place again and give him another good tip!!! The food was pretty standard for what it was. Nothing that stood out as exceptional ( except for that awesome young man’s apology and kindness )but everything was what exactly what was to be expected.

I love most firehouse subs locations. I ordered two of the same sandwich here intending to eat one later. I got something like 2/3 of the normal meat portion on both of them, so ate both of the sandwiches in one sitting. It was absolutely not worth the amount paid. Service was also pretty slow.

I was greeted courteously. I place my order requesting certain ingredients be omitted. My wait time was very reasonable considering the rush hour. My ordered was prepared as requested. I will be returning.
