Compared to other restaurants, the staff is quite rude. If they don’t have something available, they should simply state that it’s not available instead of putting a substitute. I placed my order as a meal at the counter, but the staff member seemed distracted and took individual orders instead. The girls working the day shift appear to be ready to argue with customers, as if they are trained to be confrontational. The size of the chicken tenders is smaller than usual, resembling a child’s meal.

We stayed at the adjacent Loves RV Stop and grabbed a quick dinner at Arbys. The food was better than expected and both the very nice young man that helped us yesterday evening and the lady that helped us this morning were very pleasant and helpful. Both we’re cleaning when we came in and its worth noting that this location is very clean and well kept. We had not been to an Arbys in many years, and the young man was happy to make suggestions and gave us plenty of time to decide without rushing. Definitely gave us a great impression of Arby’s! Thank you! 🙂

All of my food was bad, I dont know what’s wrong with these people?!? They’re purposely messing up the order. Who’s in charge of this establishment?!?! I ordered BBQ burger, they gave me a burger with some kind of salad dressing. They smashed my apple turnover. My fries were horrible, cold & stale. It was mixed with random old fries. They put alot of sauce for the Greek gyro.
How could you be so fake and acting nice and professional at the counter, and purposely didn’t not check the quality?!? These 3 young ladies just dont care about what they’re doing. And it’s not right to do that to people. If You dont like working at Arby’s, dont work there. And who’s training these people?!?! Who’s managing them?! Unbelievable.

If I could leave a SERO I would. Don’t go during a shift change because nothing can be done and the staff is young which means they could care less. You ever wonder why drivers sit in a fuel island – SOMETIMES it is because food and or restrooms are the hold up.
