**Location:** Boba Time is conveniently situated behind the 76 gas station at the intersection of Malvern and Beach Blvd, within Los Coyotes Plaza.
**Service:** The service here is impressively fast. We always choose mobile pick-up via their app and our drinks are typically ready even before the estimated time.
**Ambiance:** The atmosphere can get busy in the evenings, but the seating area remains clean and offers ample space for customers.
**Parking:** There’s plenty of parking available, even during peak hours.
**Shaved Ice:** We tried the Injeolmi shaved ice, which is in my opinion underrated. The ice is so thin that it melts as soon as it touches your mouth. The Injeolmi powder is sweet and has a peanut butter like taste layered with sweetened condensed milk, red bean paste, and Injeolmi mochi pieces.
**Drinks:** My personal favorite is the Taro Coconut; it’s simply the best in my opinion. The taro smoothie paired with coconut pudding is a delightful treat.
We love this particular Boba Time for its unique offerings that you won’t find at other locations. From Taiyakis to acai bowls, snow shaved ice, coffee, smoothies, and slushies, they truly have it all. I appreciate how they prepare each item with care and keep the customer in mind.

This review is based solely on two visits in July 2020. It’s Boba Time is serious about reducing the spread of COVID. First, there is no indoor or outdoor seating, only take out. Second, every employee wears a mask, and you must wear one yourself to enter. Third, only one patron is allowed in the store at a time, with the queue continuing outside. Fourth, there are plastic shields that cover almost the entire counter. Fifth, cash is not allowed and the staff requires you to wipe down your credit card before handing it to them. So yes, It’s Boba Time is taking COVID seriously, and they should be recognized for it.

It’s another boba time outlet. They have a decent selection of teas with choice of boba. Also they have smoothies, shakes and frappe drinks. It is a good choice for afternoon breaks and dessert drinks. Plenty of free parking on the strip mall. They actually ran out of boba and just told me after I waited for the order for several minutes.

I went to Boba Time with my autistic son after dinner because he wanted a strawberry smoothie. He ordered through the kiosk and pressed “no tip.” Maybe that’s why, but they never even called his order number or name. When I finally went up to check, the drink was just sitting there on the counter, obviously forgotten.
When I took a sip, I was stunned—it was ROOM TEMPERATURE. On a 92-degree day, the entire reason anyone orders a smoothie is to have something cold and refreshing, not a melted, lukewarm mess.
This isn’t just about one bad drink. It shows a complete lack of care and management. If staff can’t even deliver a basic cold smoothie properly, what does that say about the rest of the place? Terrible experience, and I have zero intention of ever coming back.

Been coming here for few years now and everything seems to get more “budget” over time. Popcorn chicken use to come with sweet and sour sauce and now it doesn’t. Parmesan french fries smell like 99 cent powder cheese. Even the shaved ice no longer comes as presentational as it use to. Time to look for a new spot in the area.

I wish I could put a zero on this rating. I ordered ahead of time by 20 minutes online. I arrived and my order wasn’t ready. They said they were still making it. They called the next 10 orders ahead of my order number without having my order resolved. I ORDERED BEFORE. HOW ARE ORDERS AFTER ME GETTING THEIRS BEFORE MINE. Trash company. Mediocre boba. Treat your customers with respect and maybe you get repeats. I don’t understand how that is acceptable when I ordered online to “skip the line” as you have advertised. It was a terrible experience. One I will never spend money on again when there are unlimited better options across the street even.

I like it, they have a lot to chose from. My only problem was i like my milk tea pretty sweet. Unlike other places they didn’t have a option to make my drink a tad sweeter. My boyfriend liked his drink though.

This is my go to Boba spot. Drinks are always on point and taste great. It does get a little packed but just be patient the staff is constantly moving and getting orders out. There’s plenty of seats inside and out so if you’re waiting you don’t have to stand the whole time. Definitely recommend this spot. Use the Kiosk on the side to order usually goes by faster that way.
