My trip to the Hopkins Road Pizza Hut was very friendly warm inviting the service was great and fast very clean environment all in all just a nice place to go. The service at the store (Meadowbrook Rd. Richmond, VA) has drastically improved. The last time I came, I felt like I overpaid by a great deal for the product that I was given. Not only that the customer service was pretty bad and it seemed as though the employees didn’t care. However, I got food last night that tasted fresh and was still hot and the service has improved 200%. Whatever it is that you’re doing keep it up.

We were back in town for the holidays and decided on Pizza Hut. Normally I hate their pizza – prefer local joints – but actually good! It was unusually quick and the person ringing us up didn’t act like we were being annoying. Believe it or not a lot of places it’s like you’re bothering them. Got our food and they got the order right. One of the people up front even stopped us because we almost left the the extra dip sauce we ordered. Great experience

I’m not a huge fan of Pizza Hut as a brand and perhaps come here only about once a year. Having said that, my order is always correct, made promptly, and it’s easy to get in and out of the store. It feels like a commodity rather than anything special, and that’s OK. If you are a Pizza Hut fan, this location (which has been here for decades, so they must be doing something right) delivers what you are looking for and they do it competently. I always order online and it just works.

I placed a delivery order into the Hopkins Road location at 5:38pm. Estimated delivery between 6:10 and 6:20. At 6:33 i called the store and was told another 15 to 20 minutes. At 7:00 I started multiple rounds of calling and getting diverted to the switchboard. At 7:10 or so I got back to the store, who then shared it would be another 20 minutes. When the food arrived at 7:29 it was not fresh. I was told there would be a $10 credit under my phone number for the next time I placed an order with that location.

This place is a Rip off Charging Customers for 1 Wing Sauce when they Paid for Wings. Other Places charge for EXTRA Sauces NOT the Sauce Allowed Per order. Especially with $20 for 12 Wings which were Small compared to other Wing Restaurants. I Will NOT be going back to Pizza Hut at Any location. This is POOR Customer Service and Ripping Customers off. If The sales are that bad You Need to Charge for 1 Sauce then it’s Time to Explore other options to Increase Customers.

THEY ARE HORRIBLE… I OREDERED A PIZZA,CINNABONS AND A 2 LITER. TOOK THEM ABOUT A 1 HR TO DELIVER 3.3 MilES UP THE RD. WHEN I GOT THE FOOD. IT WAS COLD AND THEY DIDNT EVEN BRING MY DRINK. IM IN A SEMI TRUCK SO I COULDNT GO THERE.. THEY IGNORED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLS AND MY PHONE CALLS AS WELL. SO I NEVER SPOKE TO A MANAGER..
