The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Carl’s Jr.. This is the third time. I don’t know why I keep going back over 30 minutes. First of all there’s only two cashier and cook every time for the past year. I’ve gone periodically a couple times at the same experience, don’t walk Run from this place bad bad service.

The cashier lady was doing her best to take care of walk in and drive thru customers so my order was forgotten for about 25 minutes no worries it’s ok it happens………But then the manager says I owed them $15 for something I never got, my wife had to literally explain to the manager step by step with receipt we bought everything we had.
It was supposed to be a nice lunch with my wife and daughter but ended up waiting too long for food and then being accused of getting food we never got.
The lady in front did her best with no help at all from management very unprofessional the manager was. The place was empty maybe it’s because of the worst manager ever.

Honestly if I can leave 0 stars for service I would I’m here right now ordered through the app and for some reason my child’s free kids meal didn’t go through I tried explaining to the guy (Derek ) and he in no way tried to to help me. Just left and took my daughter to get her kids meal elsewhere. Currently home and my order isn’t complete missing a burger and chicken ! I called the store to let them know and they don’t answer the phone. Extremely upset!

I have become addicted to the Santa Fe grilled chicken sandwich. I enjoy the Ortega chili that lays across the filet. It’s different from the usual toppings, so tasty! The zucchini is crispy on the outside and soft inside. You actually get a slice of zucchini that you can taste, making a great treat.
