My recent takeout order, was so disappointing. I ordered a pie rise, but it looked very flat and thin, which was not what I expected. Additionally, we were missing bell peppers, and I was only informed of this after I inquired about them. It would have been helpful to know that they were unavailable beforehand.To make matters worse, I also found out that you were out of chocolate chip cookies. Overall, this experience was a disaster, and I regret to say that I will not be ordering from this location again.

My pizzas were burnt. I don’t blame the employees for being understaffed and under a lot of pressure trying to do 2 or 3 things at a time. But I do blame them for serving me these burnt pizzas as they have to look at them prior to putting them in the box. I made a complaint at the time but I did not want to wait another 25-30mins for new pizzas. I also emailed customer service about it yesterday but I haven’t received an response.

Sketchy area. Directions don’t even lead to the restaurant as it leads to arrowhead bank which parking lot do not connect which we had to walk up a dirt hill path way and security is zoned out. Imagine being harassed for trying to take a picture of the restaurant in the parking lot; Cause that’s exactly what happened.

i ate two cause i was starving after work lol… the two slices i ate had NOTHING on it, it looked like the top part of slices on the left. she left the pizzas in too long cause it was hard and black at the bottom. as far as the service it started off good, the girl was really sweet until i asked her “how would you be able to tell the difference in the two pizzas i got” (they had the same thing on it but one had more cheese and one had more olives) her response was “you won’t be able to tell cause it’s the same pizza” idk maybe that part was on me but her attitude changed after that and i feel like that’s why my pizza was burnt. also idk if it’s because i was starving but the wait to get serviced felt long and it didn’t have to because it was another worker in the back while the girl was slaving in the front by herself lol

Pieology used to be good, now it’s a different story Rialto location sucked our pizza was burnt, there was small amount toppings, soda machine was out of all sodas, no napkins. Service was good employee was there by herself. Just close this place. Once she started saying we don’t got this we’re out of that. I had regretted stepping in there.

As soon as we came into the store we stood in the line for 10 minutes without being greeted. As we were standing there, we saw two employees in the back having a conversation unaware that we were there. This pieology has no leadership and the pieologist on the line did not seem to give one ounce of customer service. After waiting 15 minutes for our pizza’s to bake in the oven because the fire seemed to be very low, we still got them back undercooked. When I walked up to Stacy, the pieologist, to notify her the pizzas were undercooked, she was having a conversation on her AirPods and didn’t notice I was standing behind her even after saying “excuse me”. We also witnessed Ariana eating on the line while turning the pizzas without any gloves. When we got the pizzas the second time around they came back burnt and we immediately asked for a refund. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Save yourself the time, money and hassle and do not come here.

I tried the calzone and that was good……gave 5 stars for that…….I tried the pizza at Piology and it sucked……..not much flavor, not much cheese…….I also tried the garlic bread…..it was ok…..over all I would offer 2 stars for this trip so when I add that up with 5 stars I leaned to the negative side and went with a 3 stars

this is actually so bad i dont know what happend to this place but the women who made my pizza did terrible first of all it looks like they sliced off a pizza thinking i wouldnt realize second its black burnt characoal at the bottom of this pizza its hard when i take a bite of it and also they added like barely any toppings i asked for mushrooms and pineaple where ARE THEY ? theres like 2 pieces of each on one little size of pizza it looks so bad how they cut it too my fellow ie people dont go here please save your money and go buy real pizza from somewhere else where you wont get scammed for your money.
