Ordered through the app. Ordered 2 chicken tacos with no lettuce, had lettuce. Chicken quesadilla, bold, got a cold cheese quesadilla, cold fries and 2 bean and cheese burritos with no cheese when I paid for extra. Horrible le experience. Not the first and a total waste of my $30. Maybe the cooks should turn down the music and read the orders, it’s really not that hard.

I ordered a green burrito with extra green sauce in Rialto at 519 S. Riverside ave. I told the person working the window last time I ordered one it did not have any sauce after ordering green. She said it depends on who’s cooking you don’t know what you are going to get. I paid $2.47 for it. Came home opened it up no green sauce. I always visit that one,but no more. I visit drive thru at least twice a week and every time I pay I’m always short changed and I tell the cashier about it, She will give me back what I was shorted. I started to get a little suspicious so the next time I was shorted I mentioned it without letting her know how much. Wouldn’t you know she gave me exact change I was shorted, coincidence, don’t think so! I believe it happens multiple times because most people probably assume they get the exact change or are in a hurry. Doing this though out the shift lets say 100 x @ .25 +/- = about $25 extra income. Add that weekly you get the picture. But it’s still wrong and I hate thieves especially when I work hard for my money and prices are going up.

Too bad I can’t give no stars! I usually visit often because of the proximity. I can definitely say the staff is rude. 100% of the time they seem bothered every time I go. There has been too many instances of old food or uncooked food. I’ve had half cooked rice, half cooked beans, and stale fries. This place will no longer be getting my money three times a week.

I rarely give less than 4 starts but this Del taco has disappointed me 3 times already. The last time I went I got the chicken taco combo and the cheese double del burger combo. The tacos were the worst ! They only had a few pieces of chicken and toppings but only on half of the taco! I really paid $9+ dollars for that! The burger was just ok the bun was cold. I went inside and place was empty but all the tables were dirty and the utensil and condiment area was also dirty and under stock. I’m giving them 2 stars because the cashier was nice not super friendly but did her job.

I’m so sad. How do you mess up this bad? Burnt fries, burnt burger, no tomatoes on the burger, no cheese on the tacos. The large strawberry lemonade had 2 strawberries in it, no joke! And the lemonade was so watered down. I wish I could get a refund but I paid cash & the girl didn’t give me a receipt 🙁

How do I begin…. I went through the drive Thru, only one car in front of me. I ordered a classic grilled chicken burrito and two snack tacos. The employee that took my order even repeated my order to make sure my order was correct. So far we are good. I drive to the window, I paid for my food and then I was asked if I didn’t want cheese on my burrito. I clarified that I wanted extra cheese. I even stated that if they did not charge me to please charge me for the extra cheese but no one said anything. I am then asked if I would like any condiments. I said give me a lot of hot sauce (I’m Hispanic so I love my hot sause) I get my order and pull away to find that I only received the burrito and no tacos. Now I have to pull into a spot to go get my tacos. I walk in and ask them to please check if I got charged for the tacos. Turns out the tacos were never on the order even though they confirmed the order. I walked out to go enjoy what I did get. Then I check my burrito and found the normal serving of cheese instead of the extra I requested. I also notice there is more lettuce than chicken. I figured…. well it is what it is, at least I’ll bath my burrito in hot sauce. I reach into my bag and fine a very health amount of ketchup but only 3 sauce packets . I think this the first time I have been disappointed in Del Taco. I usually say they are better than Taco Bell but not today. To wrap things up, I took a bite of the burrito and the tortilla was cold and wasn’t even warmed up enough. Very sad day for me today. I will point out that there were no more cars in the drive Thru and no people inside so I can’t even blame them for being busy.

The only bad thing about this Del Taco is that the fries are always bad. They taste like the oil hasn’t been changed in a while. And it’s every time I have eaten there, which is a few times a week.

Went for lunch one day thinking food was going to be ok. I ordered a burrito and on my second bite a hair comes out of my burrito that was super gross. The cashier at the drive thru name was Diego and the cook was Luis. I went back to get my refund but the cashier did not give me one and I tried talking to the manager she said she couldn’t do anything with out a receipt. So I basically got robbed for my money as well. Do not come here unless you want hair in your food & get robbed for your money. Workers got to be more careful handling food. Never going back in my life. I knew I should have went to Taco Bell.
