Not a bad experience, as the pisco sour was impressive in size and taste. The overall vibe felt off though despite it being a Friday evening.

I had the Peruvian ribs which were decent, although they were served with some of the blandest potatoes and onions I’ve had.

I’d go back but only for a drink at the bar.

Absolutely amazing! I’m not someone who typically writes reviews but this place 100% deserved the 5 stars. Amazing service from Edwardo if you’re contemplating what you want to eat trust him!! He did not steer us wrong at any point from the drinks to the food.

If you get the chance to try their paella do it. I’m not someone who likes octopus because of the texture but this was amazing it completely melted in your mouth.

The Peruvian cuisine here is an absolute delight. We had the pleasure of trying the chef’s special, the Paella with squid ink rice, which was a flavor explosion in every bite. The Lomo Saltado, a traditional dish, was equally delicious and full of authentic flavors.

What impressed us even more was that Pisco Bar was open on Labor Day, unlike many other restaurants that choose to open later in the afternoon. This allowed us to enjoy our holiday with a scrumptious meal.

The atmosphere at Pisco Bar is great – cozy yet lively, and the service was attentive and friendly. Parking was surprisingly easy to find, which made our visit even more convenient.

Overall, I highly recommend Pisco Bar for its outstanding Peruvian cuisine, excellent service, and holiday-friendly hours. It’s a five-star gem that won’t disappoint!

From start to finish we had an incredible time. Ed our server was super helpful in exposing the menu and giving recommendations (which were all amazing!) we had the Pisco sours to drink, the Empanaditas as an app and for entrees Lomo Saltado and Areoz con Mariscos. All of these were amazing and we couldn’t have dreamt of a better meal.

I Don’t have much experience eating Peruvian food, so when I decided to be adventurous I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did Pisco have good food, they also had great quality, service, atmosphere, and price. Definitely coming back!

It was a nice meal over all. The restaurant was not very busy. We were sited at a table by the window.

We ordered one appetizer and two courses.

Anticucho de Corazon (beef heart skewers): 4/5
The beef heart tastes a bit too strong for me personally. (And maybe I should have chosen medium rare since I want it to be tenderer. But would it tastes even stronger ….. fine I will stop here :p) The golden potato is great btw and also the big Peruvian corns.

Arroz con Mariscos (Peruvian style paella): 5/5
This is my favorite dish! It is so flavorful. Also its creaminess is just right for me. Love it!

Saltado de Vegetales: 4/5
It is the expected vegetable stir fry. It tastes good, the potatoes in it was the best.

The restaurant is wonderfully located in the beautiful Saratoga Village. We went there for a weekday lunch craving for a new cuisine, which we are always vary if trying. We were pleasantly happy with the simplicity of the food and the subtlety of the Peruvian flavors. To top that, we received great service. The sever described various menu items and met our needs. We also forgot to collect our credit card but went back to pick it up the next day with no issues. Great place to go if you are looking for a great experience overall!
