What an absolute treat to have a place like this in Alpine. My wife and I stopped here today to try out the menu during their soft opening. The restaurant has their grand opening November 11, 2023. The food was good and the atmosphere was really nice. The staff were great, friendly, and super efficient. Can’t wait to try out the rest of the menu, after their grand opening. We will be back.

Love the rare beef pho & lumpia!! The broth is so flavorful!! The pho is pricey, but better than driving down the hill to get it! They have sauces/condiments and to go containers near the doors. I’m not so crazy about their chili oil but I added some that I had at home (also added sriracha!), highly recommend adding if you like a little spice. We came here once before and ordered wings (would not recommend) so I was pleasantly surprised by the pho!

Pad thai came out great with the right amount of spice. Wings sauce were good, wings itself were okay. Fries were awesome, the crunchy outside was unique. Just passing thru the town and glad we visited this place. Good pricing too. The place was so spacious and clean, really comfortable with a nice service.

Buffalo chicken fries were tasty. They have options of chilli oil, sriracha and pickled chilli peppers you can grab yourself. You can order online. Environment was fun.

So happy there’s a Phõ spot here now! We’ve only had that so far because of the limited menu (grand opening is the 11th or the 14th I’m not sure) and it is so good! I recommend dining inside but take out is good too because they give bowls and the broth on the side with all the fixings! The service is pretty good, too. Alpine is looking up now!

This is a perfect place for a family that desires variety or has varying dietary preferences – which is extremely challenging to find in Alpine. I do not eat meat or dairy. But, everyone in my family craves meat. It’s great because I can order noodles with tofu while my son LOVES their chicken tenders.
Hands down – the best chicken tenders ever! They are made fresh to order, with real meat, and hand breaded.
Other favorites of my family members are the Hawaiian Garlic Shrimp, Korean Pork, & any of their Fried Rices.
VS Noodle is an Asian fusion restaurant. If you’re looking for something traditional, this is not your place. However, if you’re looking for unique, authentic, and fresh made food – this is your jam!

I’ve had a some of the items on the menu, and all have been good. Not the pho yet, so no comment on that. Staff is pretty quick and friendly. Place is clean.
Wings are not that spicy, and I’m a light weight….though I have heard the couple at the top have some good heat. I have liked all the flavors I have tried. Being a light weight, I can do Korean BBQ without much issue.

As far as customer service goes it was great greeted with a smile and her service was exceptional. The Garlic and Chicken noodles however were not very good. They were lacking in seasoning. I don’t think because of anything the employees did, I believe the chicken was overcooked and they need to teach them how to season properly. I believe this restaurant could be something very good. We eat very differently where I am from. Especially when we cook at home. But the employees were wonderful besides that. So the food is a no for me but employees get a thumbs up

First time in and loves the atmosphere the ladies behind the counter were helpful and friendly. I will be back, however, I order the pad Thai and my husband ordered the drunken noodles the flavor was excellent the chicken to noodle ratio was outstanding the only problem I had was both our plates were very oily/greasy like covering the plate oily. I wasn’t a huge fan of that, hopefully next time a little less on the oil or like scoop it out the pan better so the oil isn’t all over the plate. Simple fix but the flavor was outstanding.
