Probably the best restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Not cheap by any means, but well worth the cost at least once. I’ve been wanting to try it for many years and it didn’t disappoint. The food and staff were exceptional and the building/location is breathtaking. The sauces can get a little much as you get around 8 courses in (they use butter a lot) but they were still incredibly nice. I just wish the last desert course wasn’t so dry. It was a little tricky to eat after so much good, multi-textured food.
Hopefully I can come back one day!

What can I say. This place is one of a kind. Lovely staff, amazing decor where starfish, jellyfish and all sorts of other fish are the actors. Amazing 10 course dinner with wine pairing as well. We brought our 10 and 14 year old girls along for their first ever fine dining experience and they also loved it. No kids menu but they liked 8 out of 10 dishes and we did not mind finishing the other two for them. All in all an evening we will never forget. Thank you UNDER!

We had an outstanding experience at Under. Upon entering the building we were told about the history of this unique place (how it was built etc.) before being guided downstairs for an aperitif.
The food and the service is exceptional. Every dish was explained to us before serving. As a pairing, we took the alcohol free option, the juice pairing. Each juice was tailored by the sommelier to the respective part of the menu to fit the taste.
While reserving the table, I communicated my gluten intolerance. The dishes were slightly adapted to make them gluten free and the self made gluten free bread was the best bread I ever had.
What makes Under unique is the combination of great service, delicious food and the atmosphere. Having dinner 5.5 meters under water with a direct view at the sea life is just breathtaking.
