I ordered a meal deal. $53 including tip. First they forgot the sauce, then I realized that my second pizza was the same as the first. NOT what I ordered. I have ordered from here frequently over the last 20 years ,but will no longer. The constant mistakes in orders shows a lack of customer appreciation. With so few take out options in my area, It’s sad that this one has gone so down hill.

We got a veggie lovers pizza to take home along with boneless wings. The wings were very good, but the pizza had almost no sauce except near the crust and the veggies were pretty scant. Some pieces had only a little mushroom and onion and the rest had a little bit of each kind but I wouldn’t call that a veggie lovers! Between the lack of sauce and limited amount of veggies, it was pretty much bread. Thankfully we got stuffed crust because the rest of the pizza didnt have much cheese either.
I would give the pizza a 1-2 but I rated the whole meal a 3 since the wings were pretty good. It’s not the first time we have had skimpy veggies on a pizza at this location, but we wanted to give them one more try. Lesson learned.

Now how the heck capital get a 3.9 and W Michigan only have a 3.8! Unlike capital they have personal Pizzas here and they were delicious. Service was great! This is my local one anyway. I just been hanging out in the north east capital area. I won’t even bother or waste any time! I will just go to w Michigan because the lady that works there is spectacular!

Our special needs daughter loves coming here!!! We come in at least once a week, if not more! The people are great, the food is good, and the atmosphere is amazing! They all know my daughter and treat her like family!!! We love it so much, we had her birthday party there!! Which they were able to handle 20+ people without an issue!!!

Need less to say, never again. The lady we spoke to on the phone was impatient and didn’t even listen to the whole order, we called back and got it placed by “Abraham”. What we got was just 3 burnt pieces of crap, hardly filled with toppings. The delivery person was also rude, before we could even speak, he was talking about how his tip was “just change” and didn’t let us say anything about it being one of the bills in the pile with the order, just had to separate it from the rest. Tried to call and ask for a redo, nothing but hang-up’s, “let me transfer you to the store”, and they refused a manager, hung-up on us on that one too
Not ordering here if that is what we get for service.

First, I placed my order using the app, which repeatedly crashed. While that issue is on the app and not the store, it was frustrating. However, what followed was far worse.

When I arrived to pick up my order, the restaurant had a strong, foul odor — similar to a sewer backup. That should have been my first red flag, but I took my order and left.

When my family and I began eating, we noticed the garlic cheese sticks did not taste right. On closer inspection, we discovered actual bacon mixed in. We do not eat pork for personal reasons, so this was not just a mistake — it was an unacceptable breach of trust in food preparation. I immediately triple-checked my order history to make sure I had not accidentally ordered the bacon version, and I had not.

I attempted to call the store to resolve this. It took five separate calls and over 10 minutes to get through to anyone. When I finally did, the employee confirmed that garlic cheese sticks do not come with bacon. I was then transferred to someone claiming to be a manager. But when I was in the restaurant picking up my order just 25-30 minutes prior there was a lady with manager in her badge not the man who answered. He stated he had personally made the order and insisted it was garlic cheese bread, not bacon — essentially dismissing my concern and suggesting I was wrong.

When I told him it was clearly bacon, he refused to offer a proper solution. Instead of simply apologizing and correcting the mistake, he told me I was out of the delivery area (I live 15 minutes away) and offered only a coupon that would “take 14 days” to arrive. That is completely unacceptable customer service, especially given that this was a clear mistake on your part.

I drove back to the restaurant with the food to prove my point. When I opened the box, the same person admitted, “oh yeah, that’s bacon.” Yet instead of apologizing, he doubled down on telling me I was being “mean.” At no point was I rude — I was direct, frustrated, and disappointed — but certainly not mean, I did not raise my voice or use any unprofessional language. Being told multiple times that I was “mean” after I had eating food I cannot eat was both insulting and unprofessional.

The way this was handled was a textbook failure in service recovery. Mistakes happen, but how they are addressed determines whether a customer will ever return. Arguing with a customer, insinuating they are lying, refusing to take responsibility, and then insulting them is completely unacceptable. A proper response would have been simple: a sincere apology and immediate replacement of the order, even if it meant making an exception to the delivery area given the circumstances.

I am not interested in a coupon. I expect this issue to be taken seriously and addressed so another customer does not have to deal with the same unacceptable experience.

Ordered several pizzas online for a sleep over. Every single pizza was wrong. Ordered pepperoni and jalapeño and only got a pepperoni pizza. Asked for light sauce on all pizzas and, I swear they read drown the pizzas in pizza sauce. Even though it was chose as an option and also noted in the special instructions. Called to complain and there was not even an offer to fix or reimburse. This seems to be a reoccurring thing with Pizza Hut lately so I will not be ordering again. So woke up this morning to an extra $10 charge. Called and spoke to the manager Jessica to find out what was going on. Come to find out the driver wrote in a $10 tip after being tipped $10 in cash. Well explained the situation to Jessica who said she would look into and she then offered to replace the food and send a credit letter. Honestly kinda nervous to ever order from there again. Make sure your checking reciepts and bank accounts. Even if it is only $10 that adds up quickly if it happens to everyone.

DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT
Waited over an hour and a half for 1 order of Cinnabons and had wasps swarming us in our booth. Everything was sticky and cups had dirt in them. Also me and my party have tingling feelings in legs and chest.
