We started with the bacon-wrapped shrimp appetizer ($12). You could tell it was pre-wrapped, likely to save time or cost, but unfortunately, it missed the mark. The shrimp tasted a bit old, almost like it had been reheated in the microwave — definitely something to skip next time.
Next up was the Mediterranean salad ($14) — a standout. It was huge, easily shared between two people. The lettuce was crisp, fresh, and green, and the chicken had that uneven, freshly grilled look that tells you it wasn’t prepackaged. Great value for lunch.
For the main course, we tried the Peach Pie Pizza. The crust had a nice crunch on the bottom with a slightly floppy jillopy center, but the flavor combination of cheese, balsamic glaze, and bacon worked perfectly. The medium size (8 slices, about $20) felt fair for the portion.
Thursday are a hidden gem here — draft beers are only $5, and they offer some solid craft options (not your typical Bud Light lineup).
We finished with a banana-oreo dessert, which was light, creamy, and hit the spot after the pizza and beer.
The total came to $59 — we left full, took home four slices, enjoyed a gre.at craft beer, and walked out feeling satisfied. We tipped 25% and would definitely come back again, especially on a Thursday for the beer special
If you’re looking for a spot to enjoy a few drinks after work, Corner Joint is also a great option. They have an extensive beer and wine menu, and the bartenders are knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere is laid back and comfortable, and it’s a great place to relax after a long day. I would definitely recommend Corner Joint for an after work drink or two.
Finally, if you’re looking for somewhere to host a party or special event, Corner Joint is a great choice. They have ample space both inside and outside, and they can accommodate large groups. The staff is incredibly accommodating and will go out of their way to make sure your event goes smoothly. I would highly recommend Corner Joint if you’re looking for a venue for your next party or gathering.
Well all I can say is the food was amazing .
The waitress was super hospitable and very friendly. She let us know what was top sellers and we went with her suggestion. To all those local and nearby stop and give them a try. You won’t regret eating there. Tens across the board.
