Always come in to McDonald’s in Norwood on Broadway St. and the service is always great. The food is always hot and the staff welcomes all the customers with smiles. Karla is one of the managers there doing a great job with her team getting the orders out in a timely manner. The restaurant has a great crew back there. Can’t give her enough credit for going above and beyond, lol. I can’t wait to go back.

I ordered breakfast online at 10:00am and went to pick it up at 11:40am. Breakfast ends at 10:30 so technically I was a hour late to pick up my order. They told me they don’t have my order because it’s lunch time, which is understandable. But you’re telling me they threw away my order right after breakfast ends? They couldn’t leave the order there until I come pick it up?

The evening Hispanic female manager was so disrespectful and served me cold food because I told her I asked for light ice but the cup was full of ice. She got mad and I could hear her calling me names and calling me stupid and that I don’t know what light ice is. I will never be back. If management is reading this she needs to be fired for the things she said. She doesn’t know I speak fluent Spanish. I understood everything she said. If she talked about me for just saying too much ice then she is probably a terrible person and employee. NEGATIVE 100 STARS!!!!

I used to be a frequent customer as it’s close to my job and convenient to pick up lunch there on my break, but after the recent experience I had I am unsure about returning. I had placed an order on the app and arrived to pick it up when the app told me it was ready. When I arrived I didn’t see my food on the counter so I asked a woman who worked there for assistance. I didn’t think to get her name but she wasn’t in uniform so I’m assuming she was possibly their DM, or she’s just simply unprofessional which her behavior definitely displayed. She asked me for a number for my order to which I showed her my receipt on the app which didn’t have a number. She immediately started getting attitude with me despite me starting off respectful and after I explained to her that I’ve never had to give a number to anyone when I’ve came to pick up food that I ordered on the app before, nor do I have a number to give her, she then just walked away and ignored me until another employee recognized me and asked if I had an order. The same woman from before then tried to claim that I had placed my order 40 minutes ago and was too late to pick it up which was blatantly not true and when I showed her that my emailed receipt was received 10 minutes ago she told me that it was possible that someone had stolen my food, which would obviously be her problem to fix since they allowed that to happen. I then told her that if I’m not getting my food then I need a refund as I had already paid and didn’t have time to wait around since I was on my break. After that she brought me over to a register and asked what I had ordered and ended up giving me my food. If it was that easy to fix the issue I had which was something they caused, why was I given such a hard time? You need to reevaluate who you have working for you as it can drive away customers — which has now just happened.

This McDonald’s is always 100x better than the one on Providence Highway. There’s never a reason not to just go to this one. The people here at least pretend to speak English and the guy at the window always understands what you said.

The McDonalds Employees we’re ignoring me and my friends for the first 5 minutes. We had to pull our car up to the next window to order, then they asked us to back up and go to the window behind us. Very confusing and made something very simple, complicated.
