Disappointed is an understatement… last night my friends and I placed an order for around $70 worth of food, we ordered through door dash & our food never arrived. At this point it was around 4:00am we decided it’s close by let’s just go there and get the Taco Bell. We were great at the drive through by an unpleasant employee that was very vague as to why they were refusing to take our order. We had to circle several times to understand why we couldn’t order as they are open until 5:00am and we’re continuing to hand out orders. We end up placing a mobile order accidentally to the wrong location. We explained our situation spoke very softly and let them know we’re aware this wasn’t their fault just wanted some guidance as to how we can resolve this, as we were staving. finally reach the point where it’s now 4:30am and they tell us they cannot take any orders past that time despite all of their signage saying they are open until 5:00am and are speaking to us very dismissively insisting they are not willing to make us any food or help us whatsoever. The manager then tells us she can make us some things if we go and take out cash (which I’m certain she was trying to pocket). I really loved this location under the old management but given the staffing changes I will not be returning. I’ve never experience such unfriendly & harsh treatment especially at an establishment I’ve spent over $100 tonight at & hours trying to figure out how to get my food. I understand that not all of the errors regarding the orders the staff was in control of, but they were in control of how they approached the situation & how they spoke to clearly disheartened customers. I hope that nobody else has to endure that treatment from the people working their as I received, I will never recommended to anyone they go to this particular location and I suggest considering a change in management!

I went thru the drive thru on my lunch break from a job. As soon as i pulled up i was asked “am i ready to order?” Mind you I havent looked at menu. I asked to be given a moment to look then within 10 seconds I was asked again “am i ready to order?” Again, I said “give me a moment” but within less than 10 seconds she’s on my ass again asking “am i ready to order?” Im fed up at this point and asked for cantina chicken burrito combo. I haven’t found what I wanted because apparently you have to contruct a combo because its no longer available as such. Then she tells me to “wait a moment” after she rushed me for the order! I pointed it out and got served a side of attitude with the BS meal i settled for and to top it off it was thrown together sloppy like a kid bagged it up. I’ll never visit this location again. Honestly I’m scared to eat it because of the amount of vitriol I recieved from that angry employee. Do better please!

Review of Taco Bell – 5070 W Atlantic Ave, Delray Beach, FL
I usually love Taco Bell, but my experience at the Delray Beach location on Atlantic Avenue a few weeks ago was absolutely horrifying, and I’m still shocked. Apologies for the delay in writing this, I’ve been out of town, but I felt it was necessary to share what I experienced.
I ordered my food through the drive-thru, and as usual, they forgot napkins and sauces. It’s a common issue, but I wasn’t too bothered at first. However, things took a disgusting turn when I decided to park and go inside to grab what they forgot.
What I witnessed inside was beyond shocking. There was an employee barefoot, sitting at a table where customers typically eat, with her feet on the table while she watched videos like she was at home. Honestly, I was so appalled that I almost threw up. What was even worse? No one else in the store seemed to care – the other employees acted like nothing was wrong.
I couldn’t believe this was happening, especially in Delray Beach, a city I’ve always loved. I took my food, threw it out, and left immediately. I could have caused a scene, but it was clear these employees didn’t care, and I was disgusted by the whole situation.
Please, do yourself a favor and avoid this Taco Bell location. The lack of professionalism, hygiene, and care for customers was unbelievable. This place needs some serious attention and improvement. Stay away if you value your health and peace of mind.
Here are some pictures I took – this place is beyond nasty. So disappointed, Taco Bell. Never again

This is by far the worst food quality I’ve ever tasted. The staff and the whole restaurant itself does not care about anything. This is the 3 rd time and the food taste like it been sitting out for weeks. I hope they shut down.

My food was delivered warm and quickly. Everything I asked for was in my order. Even special requests! I ordered the nacho bell grande and a soft taco supreme. They tasted well, I have no complaints. Thank you Taco Bell.

The absolute worst fast food restaurant I have ever been. Not even the worst Taco Bell but the worst restaurant ever! The chalupa tortilla was cold and the steak was as cold as the mound of lettuce that was on it. They will not take your order at the counter and when another person asked to pay with cash they told him to walk over the take out window but she was on the phone and told him no cash, as she couldn’t be bothered to even look at him. I stood at the counter 10 minutes while everyone one of the employees looked at me but not once acknowledged me. Finally one person told me I have to use the kiosk. There was no fountain drinks, the mountain dew was flat, and there was an A-frame ladder right in the middle of the walk in door. I should have stuck to my gut and gone to the Burger King right next door. Need us to say I will never be coming back to this place nor recommending anybody come here. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! RESTAURANT # 032631… ORDER 111. On January 21st 2026 at 1:38 p.m.

I went inside and ordered at the terminal. After placing the order went to the bathroom for less than 1 minute. After that stood at the pickup counter for over 10 minutes I went to the cash register to get a refund as 4 cars were served at the drive thru. I asked 3 times if they needed my card for the refund and was just ignored and they went on making food. This was after they cleaned the buritto grill while I stood there with open food around it. If someone is just standing there and no one is making food why would you have the doors open for customers and take money when you are not going to provide anything. Now customer service said the district manager is going to contact me ASAP. The ASAP for Taco Bell is 3-7 business days.

I saw multiple rats on the property near the drive-thru. I lost my appetite after that.
Before I saw multiple rodents hanging out on the property, I would have just said that nine times out of ten, this restaurant manages to screw up an order in a big way. Beware if you’re vegetarian or vegan as they seem to like ignoring an order with black beans and putting beef inside instead. They’ll also leave extra (paid for) ingredients out of orders and not tell you, leaving you to waste money on modifications they don’t do.

Got home to eat my hard soft tacos. Very disappointed in the food quality like there were left out overnight and got a bit stale. When I called to talk to someone, they picked u0 and just hung the phone up on me. This store better change its ways. Especially after seeing the post about the nasty employee with her nasty feet on the table in the lobby where people eat. Pretty disgusting if you ask me. Where is the gm? Time for them to step up or get fired

Possible the worst service from any Taco Bell. Ordered in drive thru, had to repeat order 3 times for a Chicken Soft Taco & Small Tea.
Received no receipt and chicken taco Suprreme.
Walked inside, stood at register while the 3 employees turned away and continued their conversations in creole.
The guy from the drive thru walked over and then a female.
I stated that I ordered a chicken soft taco but received sour cream. They both started telling me that sour cream is on the chicken soft taco. I didn’t want to argue, so I asked if she was the manager. The other female that was still involved with the creole conversation finally turned around. She told me ‘that’s what you ordered”.
I explained that I don’t like sour cream & did not order it.
I repeated my original order again.
The manager storms off to make another taco while complaining in creole.
I stated that’s OK. I will take a refund. I don’t want food from someone with an attitude over a taco. Then she states “that woman, she want a refund.”
Really? Its just a taco.
Solution: Learn Customer Sevice- just say sorry, my mistake and make another taco. (without the sour cream : )
